Good Hospitality and very good customer relationship. I strongly recommend this hotel for people traveling to Hafr Al Batin.. the manager was very professional and customer relationship was highly satisfied

The location is very.good . The hotel Very good value for money .The manager Mr Mohammed abo abulrahman and his staff ( Saleh and Faraje Al Anizy were wonderfull and very helpful and responded very guickly to my needs. JASER FROM KUWAIT

Property ws clean n good, location was amazing

They already know that we are four people but there ws no soap ? no toothpaste at all, no shaving kit. I went down and requested them to plz provide. Then i got them. I was like begging feeling ?. Breakfast was at room n it was perfect.

Its always comfortable to stay with boudl the receptionist the saudi guy was kind and specially the manager of hafar brach he is always very polite thanks

Clean room, very friendly staff, and the price is right

I felt that the staff genuinely cared about ensuring my stay was enjoyable.They paid attention to small details and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met.From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception greeted me with warmth and professionalism. They made the check-in process quick and efficient while ensuring I felt comfortable and valued.

Clean, staff are polite, proactive and very responsive. They were nice to send us complementary Arabic coffee, dates and fruits

Rooms are spacious, clean and has everything we need

Furniture is old and the street sound is loud as the window is insulated

Hotel location and room size were excellent . Staff were very friendly and supportive in particular the hotel manager Mr. Mohammed Gameil . It was very comfortable stay .

Honestly everything went very well .

The room rate was very good, the staff were very welcoming especially the manager Mr. Mohamed Gameil for his worm welcoming. The location is excellent close to every thing you want. The room is clean and well maintained. I will stay there again.

I suggest they add mor amenities to the bath room and the kitchen. There was some noise from the other residents which was a bit disturbing.
