New Central Hotel Woodville

Restaurant was a joke.

I actually liked the room we had was comfortable just come from a very long drive, staff were amazing and the food ?delicious

Just a local around there was a bit noisy but algood otherwise

Easy to find the motel and was a convenient place to stop for one night on our journey north.

The unit was tired and unfortunately there was a lot of road noise which made sleep very difficult

Room i had was good decent amount of space n comfortable

Just a couple people that live around the town

Right in the centre of town. The food and the bar were a nice place to spend an evening

The room was far to warm ( even with 2 fans), and the mattress had sunk on one side of the bed.

Convenient location for an overnight stop on way way to and from Wellington to Napier for a rugby game

A bit of traffic noise. A bowl to do dishes in would have been good. A decent size TV would be good

Handy it was on the main road.It was well equipped We were well soundproofed from main road although only 20 metres awayEvening meal available until 19:30 if required.

Sink was old and discoloured. No air con and with no available window to open it was quite stuffy. Fan was good and stayed on all night.Microwave was a bit rusty under the turntable plate

friendly service, parking, everything that we needed was provided and plenty of power points. Very clean bed

Curtain didn't fully cover the glass doors so didn't feel fully private, and the outside light (which we could not access the switch for) was on my face all night. Website said it had free wifi but no wifi details were provided. When we arrived to check in (within business hours) it was not clear where to go as there was no one at the office window.

Very friendly staff. Only motel in Woodville. A good pub in the facility.

The room is quite small. Wifi is very slow and with weak signal. The washbasin could do a bit of cleaning.

Hotel was easy to check in and the pub for dinner was only about 5 metres away so easy to grab a bite to eat and a tipple if wanted.

Hotel doesn't have wifi - only free wifi available from the street which didn't have good reception. Some patrons of the pub also did happen to park outside our hotel room and unfortunately had a noisy motorbike which did disturb our sleep for a short time.

Very basic pub accommodation - staff included one guy who was very friendly and accommodating and cooked our seafood dinner as well, which was very nice- but huge. No air conditioning in the accommodation but a large fan was on the shelf and did a good job of calling the room overnight. It was a very hot night.

Curtain cover glass doorway and the outside light that was on all night streamed onto my pillow. Smallest tv on tour as we sayThe microwave was rusty that is a no-noAlthough the shower was good, the basin in the bathroom really needs replacing worn away in places and stained.The freezer for the little fridge was almost completely frozen over. Needed some attention.And the TV was the smallest we have had in our three week trip.

Nothing. The young Lady did her best, and was the only person working.

Food a very big disappointment. Pork belly that was just a lump of fat, not at all crispy.Owner impossible to understand via phone at time of booking and just as bad in trying to talk to directly.

Bedding almost felt damp.All night attack of bed bugs or mite.Rumbling of trucks on rough road all night although I don't say this is the owners fault.Very dated and run down property at far too high cost.I stayed in a large flash motel unit in Hamilton the night before at a cheaper rate

Aged facility however was Clean and comfortable

Everything rooms are too out dated. Shower and toilet shocking bed hard the heating was a pathetic little heater. Cold facilities.
