Cleanliness, comfortable and great location
Quiet location. Clean rooms. One side overlooks pretty greenery. Walking distance to FJ Glacier Guides office and the NP Visitor Center.
We booked a 1BR and the LR fronts parking so a bit less privacy.
Our room, 19, was better than pictured. It definitely had been renovated recently. Everything looked new and was in excellent condition. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything necessary to make a meal in. We appreciated the Nespresso and fresh milk. Stay was great. Thank you for a great stay.
Room was spacious and quiet.
The bed was extremely soft and we had a hard time sleeping in it. This is our first time ever that we had a hard time sleeping because of the softness of a mattress.Wi-Fi is very weak. Not good value for money
Great option in Franz Josef and very helpful staff. Convenient location for accessing restaurants and tour providers in the area. Rooms were great size and very comfortable. Location was very private feeling in the room with great views of the mountains outside.
The motel, the facilities were perfect!Very clean, a perfect condition, very good location, very nice village!
Very comfortable, spacious, modern unit, only blocks from town
Extremely clean room and property. The owner was friendly and efficient. We found the location to be very convenient to the town. Very quiet.
Everything. Large spacious spotless unit. The on-site laundry is very handy.
Quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Thanks so much to Pam who went above and beyond to assist me after I left my handbag at a local restaurant.
Clean, quiet, comfortable, large room with everything we needed for a relaxing two-night stay. I can’t say enough great things about this property. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
Nothing at all—it was wonderful.
The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The pantry with fresh milk was a pleasant surprise. The staff are very courteous. The location is in a peaceful place little away from the commercial activity.
Anyway, the owner is wonderful. Thank you for kindly teaching me, it was very helpful! The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. You can hear the chirping of birds and have a wonderful morning.
Very comfortable and clean. Close to restaurants and the glacier.
