Like the location and the cottages were very nice.

Very good location . The room was clean and comfortable

The reception stuff . Didn't try to help.They have laundry with coins , but don't have coins .

good location near franz josef city center. clean spacious room with plenty of amenities. Spacious and neatly arranged parking space. Friendly & helpful staff: lost my luggage padlock key and one of the staff came over to help breaking the padlock

The room had nice fern trees growing outside. The "cottages" although separate from each other are tightly bunched around the carpark. The location was good for the short walks near the Franz Josef glacier, and is almost next door to the very good Alice May restaurant. The room has a kitchenette area, and also has a table for dining on.

Unfortunately the glacier itself has receded by about 3 kilometres, so it didn't seem possible to get much of a view of it. We got a better glacier view by driving to Fox glacier and driving to the right for 10 kilometres where one can see the Fox Glacier from afar.

We arrived after check in was closed and left before check in was open so we never met the staff. However we had the key left for us with instructions and the accommodation was lovely. The water was hot and we had a lovely stay.

Cannot fault anything just sorry we didn't say thank you when we left.

This place is modern and clean. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into his properties. So comfortable and peaceful. We had such a lovely stay, would recommend highly as it’s in a great location

The room heated quickly and was very clean - especially the bathroom

All Good. Staff Members, owner and all people are great. Young Man Huse cleaned out room and nice and kind. Amazing place, amazing experience. Very well organised system. Owner is a lovely person and and his team is excellent.

Next time I will book a room with kitchen facility. This time when I booked, all motel rooms were full. So next tinme I will book the same place earlier.

Parking was secured at the main vicinity, the room was neat and clean, way comfortable than I expected. Staff was very helpful. The television has numerous available channels that I can watch during the stay.

Great little apartment - comfortable for our purposes.

There were no bowls. Very tiny - ok for short stays.

Loved the cabin surrounded by ferns. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Easy walking distance to the start of walks, shops, activities like the heliport and restaurants.

I didn’t get a cabin with a parking spot outside it and got soaked in the rain. Not major, just an annoyance. No air conditioning or spilt cycle, very humid inside.

Loved the cottage - it was so cosy with the heavy rain falling on the tin roof.

Situated in the heart of Franz Josef, this placed served as a good location to visit the glaciers. The staff were most courteous and helpful. The unit itself was very comfortable and clean.

The cottage was fantastic, very spacious and well presented. The location was fantastic. Everything was in walking distance.

Lovely compact unit with all you need for a retreat from the roadtrip or those arduous activities around Franz Josef Town. Staff were exceptional. Easy walking distance to the whole town. Restaurants and cafes just metres away.

By far the best stay we had in New Zealand. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities — a perfect choice for a family stay

It's clean, the kitchen and fridge are ok. Bathroom is ok and bed is comfortable. Parking is there but quite small. It's very close to a hiking trail.

It's expensive. For that price I expect much more.
