Great location and extremely helpful staff.

The shower floor is a little slippery.

Suite size room, great location for food and hiking.

The hotel was close to everything in town and was definitely a good sized room and we really enjoyed staying here. The front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in, the one door was a little bit tough to use, but otherwise everything was great.

Near trails and food

Nice shower. They provided electric blankets (didn't need it though).

The bathroom does get damp with condensation quickly and heavy after a shower. I guess you have to open the window, but we were afraid bugs would fly in, lol. A central fan would help with that.

The location was great, walk everywhere. The room was clean & had good facilities & plenty of space. The beds were comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was being in the disabled room with the shower curtain and water going everywhere.

The Room was cleaned daily by the staff.We asked for a change in the room, which they accomodated.The room was very comfortable, the bathroom had all the modern facilities.

A Dishwasher and a Clothes washer should be there in the apartment.

Not much it was all good.

Really appreciated the small kitchenette and all the utensils, dishcloths, large shower with great water pressure, large size of the room and TV. Staff was helpful with suggestions of activities - including the path to view the elusive glow worms.

Only negative was pulling luggage over the larger sized loose gravel driveway to access motel rooms in the rear. I realize paving in a remote area with season ground freezing is silly. But, can’t think of a means to help here.

Beds very comfortable and room very clean. Bathroom had a walk in spacious shower.

Only one sink and that was located in the bathroom.

Great location for walking to trails and town amenities. Good dark sky and a quiet vibe in the community. 360 degree view of mountains. Room had a great shower.

Although the bathroom was updated, the beds seemed less firm. Cupboards had a musty smell. Noise from motel laundry facilities, but very quiet and dark by bedtime.

Great location. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed. Exceptionally helpful staff. I highly recommend. It comes with milk in the fridge and they will give you more if you need it. Great heat.

The bed was like a trampoline every time my husband moved I was like being on a trampoline and it was hot

Clean large room in a great location looking at the mountains. We appreciated the messages leading up to our stay with suggestions of what to see from both directions.

The location being close to the bars and restaurants but also a close drive away from the walks up to the glacier made this worth the stay.

Good location, right by a couple of nice trails, next-door to a very nice restaurant and a couple minutes walk to the main drag. Beds were comfortable, shower well, convenient little microwave, hot water pot and mini refrigerator

The location was great. Walking distance to everything.

There were no split systems in the room and only heating in the lounge, which meant it was stuffy and hot at night. There were no screens on the windows and doors which meant mosquitoes and sand flies could get in. However, it was still clean and close to the shops. We were there a couple nights and just sucked it up and dealt with it.

Location, right in the city, next to all main restaurants and stores.

Heating, there is only electric fireplace which makes a bit of noise.
