Nicer facilities in kitchen
Warm, cost efficient, close to the town
Nothing bad
The bed was quality.
Even with the room heater the room was freezing. It's like a ghost town. No one is really there. There's a sterile feeling to the place. THE WIFI DOES NOT WORK AT ALL and the girl goes "Oh well."
Our family had a wonderful stay! The place had all the essentials we needed. The room was cozy and spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped (take your own oven dish, thats the only thing they didn't have) There were some games and plenty of DVDs available for everyone, regardless of age. The bathrooms were consistently clean. The staff were fantastic, always present around the camp, keeping things tidy and were super friendly. The playground on site kept the kids entertained. And, its affordable!! We loved our stay. So homely and comfortable.
Could hear your neighbors is the next room.
Wonderful views. Amazing staff an awesome atmosphere.
Beds could of been a little more comfortable. Other than that. Great place to stay.
Clean bunk room & kitchen facilities. Great outdoor space.
Walls are very thin. Could hear a lot of noise through from next door bunk rooms. Earplugs were necessary to sleep.
Good value for money, except when hiring linen.
Better insulation in rooms. Noisy through walls.
Location, staff and scenery
So much noise, paper thin walls in the cabins, very very poor sound proofing, I don't expect it to be dead silent but you can very clearly hear every noise, I was like being in a tent.
Room big enough for couple
Noisy people, had to pay for the sheets otherwise they don't provide it
Everything was fantastic! Great value for money, very clean & staff were friendly & helpful! We’ve already recommended to our friends & family! We will most definitely be back ?
It had everything you need within the communal kitchen, the cabins including a very good heater, bathrooms were lovely and clean and staff were fantastic. I will be back
Not a major but why not offer a bottle of water to put in the jug instead of going to kitchen for water.
Beautiful, peaceful, great playground, right on the biking trails, a good size communal kitchen and lounge with some games and lots of movies.
It is an x forestry camp and always will be, but they have build a few additions.
Poor outside lights at night.
Great little cabins ,perfect for a night or more if it's just a bed you require. I used the kitchen as well to make dinner. Everything was there I required, very quiet location with friendly helpful staff also .Highly recommend.
Location great. Super clean facilities and the cabins were perfect!!
There was nothing to dislike.
Nothing hated ever moment of my stay
Everything. Room was crap as. Bed was uncomfortable and had to pay extra for bedding. Has way to many rules. Not good for the money. I would never ever stay here again. It’s a shit whole. Wifi didn’t work at all. Waste of money. They had lights on all night out side out room witch was see-through curtain so couldn’t get any sleep.
Spacious park setting with bike and walking paths very close. Great for families as lots of places for kids to run and explore. We enjoyed sitting in the sun outside our cabin with an evening drink
It was great staff were all lovely, I was staying in little cabins I believe they just need more light at night around them
