The room was nice and had nice arm chairs to sit on.

One side of the electric blanket wouldn't work which I reported the following morning, I was told a long winded story about their insurance and that they were going to get rid of electric blankets, I asked if they could put another electric blanket on the bed while we were swimming and was told NO, I did remind her that we booked here because they said all their beds were fitted with electric blankets which is also in the compendium in the room. We went for a swim and returned to a note on our bench telling us she had had two single electric blankets put on the bed. I should have been told it wasn't a problem when I first reported it, not given a story about the insurance.

Rooms where ok we couldn’t get the lock on the front door the staff at reception where no help at all finally got in. Rooms where very basic not worth what we paid for this accommodation much better accommodation for the same amount of money

Easy walk to restaurants and the thermal pools. Not too far from the marvellous sculpture walk thru the forest known as Forest Amble. Towel for use at the thermal pools is a bonus

Water coming out the tap was yellow so had to buy in water bottles .Only option for cooking was microwave

there was no sink facility in the kitchen area, plastic bin needing to be filled from bathroom for washing dishes.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

It wasn't very sound proof, was woken up several times both nights from people outside.

Great central location. Bed was super comfy. Lovely spa bath. Friendly helpful lady on reception.

Procs:-Configuration of room with double bed and single in bedroom plus sofabed in lounge-Close to pools (5 min walk)-Easy check in and check out-Pools towels available for free-Amazing shower pressure-Upstairs room 8 was excellent

Cons:-Bathrooms doors folded making it a bit awkward to use, would've preferred sliding but minor inconvenience really

Excellent facilities. Very clean and comfortable. Well appointed with great staff

The bathroom /toilet windows need a blind. In the unit next door we could see people clearly taking garments off at the toilet. It's only when lights are on. ?

We could easily organise late check in after a long day of driving. They included milk and pool towels. There were bath salts to use in the spa, soooo relaxing.

Blackout curtains would be good as the outdoor lights stay on at night and it was very bright in the lounge on the sofa bed but not the end of the world for a few nights.

The bathroom is separated by slatted doors from the bedroom so can be a little noisy in the night
