Clean, comfortable and friendly staff

Closer to the hot pools

Old and dated. Fixtures and fittings had to be close to original. The floor creaked everywhere. The shower was really old and there are water damaged wall boards. The stairs are dangerous and the covered car parks are tiny.

Clean and comfortable. Very close to pool and shops.

Large lounge with comfortable chairs as well as a dining table.

The bathroom needs updating.

Location, cleanliness and the owner was super friendly and helpful on local knowledge. Good parking under cover too.

The bathroom while spotlessly clean was virtually unfit for purpose. A large person would struggle to squeeze past the hand basin and get to the shower. The wi fi was almost non existent

I found that the pressure was very poor in the shower and the beds were too hard. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

An oldie but a goody in a very handy location, easy walk to the pools and supermarket. Spotlessly clean. Such a lovely hostess, who gave us towels for the soa when we checked in.

Location of motel. So convenient to the town, restaurants and the pools.Cars parked close to property and under cover.

Absolutely nothing

This was a great tidy and clean unit that was perfect for our quick stay in Hanmer. It was close to the main street and hot pools and had plenty of parking. The staff was lovely, and it was great having a little kitchen to use.

The unit next to us kept smoking right outside their unit which meant we got a lot of smoke coming into our unit or we had to keep the door and windows closed to stop it coming in, which was a bit unfair on us and I feel the outside should be smoke-free as there is a smoking area further away that can be used.

Couldn’t be more central. Very clean and tidy.

A bit dated and no air conditioning-lucky it wasn’t too hot!

A 5 min walk to the Spa and a wonderful greeting from reception. Offering us towels for the Spa where we spent the next 4 hrs. A traditional old motel but facilities were very good -laundry, BBQ, undercover parking and well tended gardens with views of the surrounding mountains.

Very hot. Would be good to have air con.Bathroom and bedroom very compact. All a bit dated.

Location to town and the pool were a quick few minute walk. Great accommodation the staff were thoughtful and turned the heat pump on for us and also filled the water jug and put it in the fridge really nice touch and made us feel welcome. Kitchen was well stocked including pepper and salt.

The water pressure was good everywhere but the shower. Shower head needs an upgrade.

The room was clean and had plenty of space. When there was a problem with our initial room we were moved to another one. The motel was very central and a short walk to the hot pools. There was off street parking.
