Hanmer Springs TOP 10 Holiday Park

Our cabin had everything we needed. Great location.

Would love to do a stay like this more often but at $350/night this will be an infrequent luxury.

Great location, handy to town and pools. Very clean facilities.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Cooking your own pizzas in a pizza oven was brilliant. Lots of things to do with young children.

Great location with kids and the playground and bouncing pillow is great!

Everything the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was BEAUTIFUL it had everything we needed for our family and meant we could host our friendmas in the space. Beds and bedding were comfortable it truly felt like a home away from home

Spacious, had all the modern comforts we were looking for, well maintained, close to town and well laid out.

Cost for hot tub rental far too high when we are paying to stay at facility

The park was clean and tidy.

Was disappointed that a cabin/family room for 5 people didn’t have a sink and given that, there was no water provided at all. There were no taps available only at the camp kitchen to fill the washing basin, then no where to empty it. The cabin was quite small but sufficient for one night. Also not enough amenities. There was a school group staying at the same time as us and the amenities were always full.

Close to hot pools, eateries and shopping. Checking in easy, quiet although not summer months. Comfy bed and great shower.

Bunk beds cramped, bit small for teenagers. Great for smaller children.

The play ground for children and the kitchen were all ways clan and tidy as were the shower and toilet areas.

Nothing really, i have now stayed there for my third time and intend on going back there again.

Family friendly, short walk to main town. We’re lucky enough to get snow when we stayed.

Loved the room and there was a playground and washing machine and dryer close also a shop there loved the people and staff there very helpful and politeness help us out heaps

I know we booked an un-contained unit, but would of loved a sink and tap.

It was a great property, nice and clean, plenty of space for our family of 5. Loved the deck which had all day sun! And so many great facilities at the Top 10 holiday park. Easy 5 min walk to town too ?

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was when we arrived, we were told the gas fire wasn’t working in our apartment as they were waiting for a replacement part which meant we got quite cold in there. The heat pump didn’t quite warm the place up like a gas fire would’ve which was one of the reasons we booked this particular room!

Bed bit small to our needs used extra bed for comfort not realy your problem

Had everything we needed and more. Kids had a blast playing while we got the washing done

That the driers took sp long to dry clothes had to pay $15 just to get half a load of towels dried

Clean. Comfy beds. Friendly reception. Indoor Basketball court.

Our 6 year old daughter made friends in minutes with other children in the playground

Clean, located close walk from town, hot tub was fabulous

Great location, awesome facilities, helpful staff, clean rooms, great amenities & we were able to check in an hour early thank you that was so appreciated after our long day travelling

Happy with everything

We loved staying at the Top 10 in Hamner Springs. It had everything we needed, was in a great location and the staff were lovely and so helpful. Very relaxed and easy going feeling, especially as we were travelling with kids.
