Small windows rendered the room dark and uninviting.

Hotel employee  was very helpful with all kinds of information. He has a very good personality and really made our stay great.

Super Clean and Comfortable. Great location can walk across to the Hot Springs and heaps of food options nearby. The Host gave us a great tip on the best time to go to the Hot Springs during school holidays to avoid the crowds.

Very nice room and a great size. Doesn't have that typical hotel feel to and really feels like a luxury stay. We always look forward to staying here and will definitely book again. EV charging was a nice bonus.

The room was so clean with adequate facilities. The staff was amazing, welcoming, easy coordinating and very flexible.

Great Stay – Exceeded Expectations!I stayed for two nights during a quick getaway, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything worked perfectly—including the AC and Wi-Fi. The staff were really friendly and made check-in a breeze.I appreciated the free parking and how close the motel was to restaurants and shops. For the price, it was an excellent value. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, comfortable place to stay.

Everything was really good! It is so close to the hot pools and the town shops! It was clean and really just nice.

It would be great if they maybe add a hot plate to make food. There was a gas BBQ, but we could not use it. The only other thing that I was not happy about was the price, we wanted to book there again later in the year and was surprised when the price was like a $100ish less....

Staff were exceptional, so friendly and totally anticipated every need we had. Location is fabulous - across the road from the hot springs park and on the main road where most of the restaurants / shops are. Parking was super easy and safe. Really exceeded all our expectations and great value for money - we stayed in numerous locations throughout the South Island, and this one was absolutely our favourite.

Was a studio unit and not advertised as self contained so bear that in mind.However the cooking etc facilities that are there are a little jumbled up and no sink in room so any washing up /filling the jug etc has to be done in the bathroom. Not a major issue for us but something to be aware of.

Friendly greeting and information from Dale. Fantastic location being close to thermal pools, restaurants and retail outlets. The amenities were superb in our spacious unit. Being only 9 units in the complex meant quiet and comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend this wonderful facility. Thank you Dale for a memorable stay.

Wish we had the time to stay more than 1 night here. Room & bathroom were spacious, clean and comfortable. Fabulous location with the Hot Springs just across the road!

Lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. Gave us extra towels for the thermal pools which were just across the road

Had such a nice stay, the owner Dale was so friendly and showed us to our room. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, good shower and very big bathroom. Also very close to all the shops and pools. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit
