- The view is amazing the best in the city. And the staff is great. Specially Hotel employee who took good care of us
- It was a resort type property where we didn’t have to go outside for dinner. Both restaurants were acceptable. We loved the massage from Sabah. She has excellent service.
- The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- THE FRONT EDSK WAS INDIFFERENT TO OUR CONCERNS AND REQUESTS
- It’s old and needs updating. Our bathroom door did not close properly. There was also sewage backup downstairs by the bar which was totally disgusting. Ordered a cappuccino from the lobby cafe and it was not good. Service can be improved everywhere esp the restaurants.
- Very poor internet connection. I had to reset the network over and over again, everyday.

THE FRONT EDSK WAS INDIFFERENT TO OUR CONCERNS AND REQUESTS
It was a resort type property where we didn’t have to go outside for dinner. Both restaurants were acceptable. We loved the massage from Sabah. She has excellent service.

Very poor internet connection. I had to reset the network over and over again, everyday.
Front desk is helpful. Rooms are good but Air conditioning need to be checked. Mr Abdul from tour desk is very nice. He arranged tours for 2 days which is nice. But Abdul tried his best to accommodate us with the Hot air balloon ride. Because of wind it got cancelled. He is very helpful would definitely recommend his tours.
We had to change room because of Air Conditioning which is not working in that room. We had to change the room around 9.30 pm, We are so tired by that time. No proper plug points for charging devices. Need to ask front desk. Breakfast is really good. Maybe the rooms needs little upgrade with the plug points and Air conditioning.
The location is not that far from the airport. I like the quietness of our room. The sunset was fantastic. Staff were friendly.
Room was dated. Needs to upgrade the furnishings The breakfast was always the same menu.
The location and view to the Nile
Everything - very old and unkept property. My room smelled like sewage. No internet connection (important because I needed to work). The staff did not know anything - we ask them basic questions like where the spa was, they told us 2nd floor, and apparently it was on the GF. Not a 4 star resort.

It was beautiful it has potential … the rooms were big plenty of space for my friends and I
The WiFi is a hell you will be sitting in the lobby area if you want to use the internet. WiFi barely works in rooms and phone signal is poor .. The hotel is very old. The rooms are very outdated. It needs some serious renovation. Like City has potential because it’s nice but it’s just very old and needs some serious maintenance.
The hotel is centrally located and has friendly, welcoming staff and absolutely breathtaking views. I arrived without any plans for my first day, and the on-site tour company was excellent. They offered appealing options right away and made everything easy to organize.I had a pleasant and memorable stay, and I can’t get the view from my window out of my head. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy Luxor.
Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and wasn't strong enough to make calls when I tried it .

Staff is nice
its a common resort layout but the room facility are very old, it’s actually cold during winter night but the aircon at room does not work, water is just warm even cold, for a 4-5 stars resort with hundreds room it’s not believable. Breakfast is basicWith many choice but all in low quality
Good location on Nile and city
Room was on busy street so it was difficult to sleep consistently due to traffic noise
The breakfast was great
We were waiting for over an hour to get our room. The bathroom needed repair
Having breakfast was nice. Everyone was freindly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Pool area was very nice as were the drinks. Our rooms had a powder room and full bath which was nice.
We reserved two triples and two doubles. When we arrived, they told us we had been "upgraded" but really they had sold our rooms and we had four doubles with cots for the triple rooms. We felt the hotel was expensive for what it was and given the room situation. Also it is very worn.
We have stayed here many times as we come to Luxor from Aswan. We love the hotel and the location. The complimentary breakfast is great!
Well located, and with good layout — u-shaped with a big enclosed garden. Our rooms faced to the garden so there was no street noise.
Very old. The phone in our room was probably from the 1950s and actually didn’t work. The bathroom had a very weird contraption on the wall that probably was a type of hair dryer maybe 50 years ago, with an open ended hose hanging on a nail. The premises are badly in need of updating.
The view of the Nile from the hotel rooms (Nile view Rooms)is absolutely stunning and instantly sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and courteous, and consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. The hotel has two large, very clean swimming pools, which is quite generous compared to many other hotels in Egypt. Breakfast was also good in both variety and quality, and the dining staff were attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable for a family of three, and the hotel thoughtfully accommodated our request for three separate beds, which we truly appreciated. One experience that really touched us: we had registered a wake-up call for 3:30 AM, and when they couldn’t reach us via the room phone, a staff member personally came and knocked on our door to ensure we didn’t miss it. That level of care says a lot about the service culture .Maybe the Nile water in Luxor really is sweeter than Cairo ?- the hospitality certainly felt that way
The room décor and some appliances felt a bit dated, though it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The lifts are old and make concerning noises, which can be unsettling and clearly need maintenance. Also, while the pools are large and clean, temperature control would make swimming more comfortable, as the water was quite chilly.
Staff were friendly and helpful..Room was big and had all facilities and had a very nice Nile viewBreakfast was excellent and had very nice varieties.Location was perfect on the Nile
