- 1) Fantastic view of Nile river and Luxor temple from roof top restaurant. 2) Mahmoud responds very fast to our queries. 3) Low Price 4) Location
- The location and building itself were wonderful, as were the staff. The hospitality was really welcoming and helpful, the view from the rooftop was incredible, it truly gives you the best introduction to the West bank. I would definitely recommend it to those looking to stay on this side of the Nile.

Cons -
- 1) Limited options on morning breakfast. 2) Rooms looks really old. We had to turn off the fan as we were afraid as it may fall down due to its very old age. 3) Bathroom is a let down. Many issues are there. 4) Entire premise look dusty.
- The neighbours selection of poultry keeping you awake throughout the night from cockerels, geese and a token turkey.
