- Every moment of this hotel experience was fantastic. There was not one detail out of place. 2 standouts-the business center staff and a desk manager named Moustafa-all three polite, welcoming very knowledgeable. The whole experience-lovely + professional

- Our room was not as clean as usual when we checked in. Floor stains under garbage cans and dirty corners in the bathrooms. I am not picky but this was noticeable.
- First night wife & I both awoke to our nostrils & throat burning from chemicals permeating the air. Was terrible to breathe.

The breakfast buffet was the best part of the hotel. Also the hotel was big and had restaurants within the hotel. Expensive though and because the food in Egypt is not great, I ate at KFC down the street from the hotel
This hotel is outdated like 70's decor and room. The safes are old and did not work and again outdated. I had to have them open and even they replaced a safe to an older safe that broke cause the batteries went out.
