It is located a short 10-15-minute walk from both swimming and fishing opportunities at Lake Wanaka and a variety of shopping and dining opportunities on Ardmore Street. Ski Resorts are 25 minutes' drive away. All rooms at the Fairway Motel have a well-equipped kitchenette and a flat-screen TV with free-to-air channels. A dining area and tea/coffee making facilities are also provided. Fairway Apartments offers a guest laundry, bicycle and gold club storage, ski drying room and car wash services.
