Kermandie Hotel

Lovely old hotel with wonderful view and very helpful staff. Appreciated the lounge and kitchen area upstairs

Lovely old building, attractive and modernized lounge and breakfast room. Delicious breakfast. Great upstairs Guest Lounge with kitchen, shared fridge, appliances.

Some bathrooms a bit tired, some plumbing/water leak issues, some rooms without a window.

Very clean and location was good for my itinerary. Price was reasonable and the morning breakfast was good with a lot of variety. They even had gluten free toast for me!

The room was very small as expected for such an old hotel. The bed was quite old and took up most of the room. The window had no fly screen on it so when I opened the window bugs came in. Shower very old and needs replacement.

Great value in historical hotel. Very good facillities including breakfast room, guest lounge with an amazibg view, bar with dining room, very close to public transport, good customer service.

BedRoom had no windows but good value price reflected that. Poor choice of beer in bar but food dinner and breakfast excellent.

Good location, clean, choice of breakfast is enough and tasty. Staff is nice.

I liked the location as it is beautiful views and used to live locally a few years back

The outdated tiny unclean room the only reason for one star is the room had four walls

Breakfast was excellent. Dinner good. Staff excellent.

Room was upstairs and we found it hard to get our case up as we are 80+. Shower a bit on small side.

Had a Lovely stay at Kermandie. Food was great and rooms clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and had a peaceful night rest. Continental breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend to stay at Kermandie

What a charming old world hotel with great staff and good food. Located across the road from a quaint marina surrounded by bush and orchards we absolutely loved the Kermandie hotel. They had a quest lounge area with fireplace which was perfect after the pub dinner downstairs. We saw platypus down the road and the crunchiest fresh apples we’ve ever tasted. Do yourself a favour and stop here for a night on your Tassie road trip. 5 Stars.

Comfortable beds, lovely views and good value breakfast

Staff were great, as was the included breakfast.

The most uncomfortable bed I have slept on in all of our travels in Tasmania.

Basic but comfortable and clean accom in Port Huron. Good access to southern Huon Valley

Everything was done well. Room was clean, modern and spacious. Meals at dinner and breakfast were great and the staff were delightful.

Breakfast was great. Good selection and friendly staff.

Change of towels occasionally would have been nice.

The staff were so friendly and the people were so patient with my 15 month old. The shared lounge room was spacious and had everything for the kids, but a bonus was the views!

That we didn't stay long enough!!

I like the location and the shared kitchen.

I didn't like the old linen on the bed or the hard pillows.
