Location is just incredible and the units are really well-designed. The one-bedrooms are small but have everything you need and the amenities (pool, bbq) are a great addition. As well, the owners have provided a wonderful guide book for guests.

Bathroom door was a bit off the rails; needs attention. Worth the money to book the waterfront ones for the better views.

Great space with an awesome view! We absolutely loved this place. The bed was comfy, great pillows, had plenty of room to cook/eat. And the view is amazing. Owners are super friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in one of the waterfront chalets and we couldn’t fault anything. The view is magnificent, the chalet was very well laid out with everything you need to make it comfortable. Staff were very helpful too!

Compact cabinets with everything you need for a short stay. Clean, well equipped. Laundry facilities available. Beautiful setting with ocean views when from the garden chalets.

The way its advertised on booking.com makes it seem like all the chalets have ocean views but majority don't. Still a lovely spot to stay but don't expect to be looking over the ocean unless you've specifically booked one of the beachfront cabins.

Great location, an easy walk into town or the beach. The chalet was well laid out and had all of the things you need for a short stay.

It was not very private. Close to cars parking out the front, neighbouring chalets.

Location was pretty good though we had only a small view of the water. Comfortable kitchen/lounge.

The accomodation was very cosy. Close the curtains and blinds for full privacy, or leave it all open for an abundance of natural light and view.The view in the area was stunning. I can see why people opt to live along the coast.

Some minor wear and tear in some areas. Bathroom window was left open before we went in - and it doesn't have a fly screen, so we had mosquitoes in the bathroom once it got dark. They did provide a bug spray though.

This was a nice, newer property of separate chalets. Fully self contained, and located steps from the beach. The bed was comfortable and the view pleasant.

There could have been power outlets on either side of the bed to be more convenient. However we were able to locate and use them in other areas.

The beach chalets are very comfortable, clean, large and well equipped for a couple to stay at for a week or more. The bed is very comfortable, and the lounge looks straight out to the beach and the sea. There is a large verandah as well to take in the sunrise, or enjoy a cool arvo beverage. The room has reverse cycle airconditioning and the bathroom is spacious. There are fire pits below if you want to sit around a fire.

The sea view here is amazing. I couldn't stop taking photos sunset and sunrise. Great birdsong all around in the eucalyptus trees. And I could see a little group of seabirds on the rocks off the coast and Freycinet Park off in the distance, and I saw some bunnies in the green lawn right in front of the cabins. I like the layout of the cabin -- very clever use of space with the bed elevated behind the kitchen with a view (on one side) of the sea and a window also in the shower (but you can close the curtain if you want privacy). Chairs for sitting on the porch too. I appreciated that there was a shared laundry machine in the common area ($4 in coins per washer and dryer session and the staff gives you change). Each unit has its own designated parking spot right at the door.

Hard to think how to improve this place. Some people may like the stark/minimalist modern interior design in gray and white. I personally find it somewhat cold/plain, so I think they could jazz it up with some additional artwork and colorful pillows and blankets. In cooking, I don't believe there was any oil, so I had to reheat a quesadilla dry in the pan, so it would be good to have some oil on hand and maybe some cinnamon for people's oatmeal. People should note that you can't get to Freycinet park from Swansea by just driving on a road near the beach in 10 minutes. It takes close to 50 minutes to get to the park due to protected land, so just take that timing into account if you are booking a boat tour. Well worth it.

Nice clean and modern cabins. Good location and staff were good.

While we were there, there was a cold spell, and the cabin was freezing in the morning. We are unable to get the air conditioner to work properly to heat it up. Otherwise OK. A bit pricey though.

The location was amazing. The view is gorgeous and there is a very small walk down to a gorgeous beach. When we checked in we were given heaps of information about the town and walking around Freycinet.

Nice place to stay, well priced, would have been nice to stay longer, it was a lovely place on our travels down the eastern coast of Tasmania

Bed was a little hard and pillows were a bit high for our liking, maybe a thinner pillow and a think one would have given us an option.

The simple, space efficient rooms were all we needed for a quick stopover. Was happy with the bed and shower and the proximity to the beach. Getting up for sunrise as something special. Close to restaurants and stores in town.

Loved the chalets so well designed with a stunning view. Great location with walking distance to the town & local shops plus the beach.
