Comfortable & modern chalet/pod. Very clean & neat, lovely views of the Tamar river. It was so nice to be able to sit on the deck & read in the sun, enjoying the quiet. The restaurant was fantastic, large servings, quick service by very friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend it & would stay again. It is worth the extra time from Launceston as its a great hotel.

No fuss check-in, friendly atmosphere at the tavern and restaurant, the view is nice, really quiet spot.

Blinds don't go full blackout, tougher for summertime with little kids.

Nice room (suite) that met our expectations. Well appointed.

Suite had a small kitchenette however no sink so we could was up close etc.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — a beautiful environment, excellent facilities, and outstanding service from the staff.

We were put in a disability room, shower was hot cosy as a result, wouldHav slimed. regular room. Also cold and needed more warmth, electric blanket, jot comfortable at all, the bed was super uncomfortable.

The views from the hotel rooms were absolutely spectacular. The rooms were tidy, clean and well furnished and plenty of parking available on site. Great wifi too.

The restaurant could have a better menu. We were there for 3 days and every night they did not have what we ordered from the menu. The staff at the restaurant weren’t fully aware of what was on offer and the specials.

The location, staff and service were wonderful

We had a room on the lower level room 8 I believe. It was wayyyy to noisy with the motors and aircon from the restaurant to sit outside and enjoy out balcony. I cannot recommend that location at all.

The room was a good size and very nicely decorated. Bathroom was spacious and the balcony a definite bonus to look at the view of the Tamar River.

The location was stunningly beautiful and quiet, king size bed, and option for a SPA! It was so great having an onsite restaurant with a fantastic menu.

Fantastic view, fantastic place to just chill and enjoy. Staff were great and meals at the hotel were all amazing.

New units are very comfortable, with great views of the river. Dinner at the hotel was good but the cocktails were quite ordinary. We would definitely stay here again.

The room with a view of the Tamar River and Hotel was excellent. It was quiet and private and had a lovely balcony with two chairs and a table. We went for dinner at the hotel and it exceeded our expections. Quality food with local ingredients. The recommended wine was excellent as well.
