Clean, quiet, and comfortable bed .

We stay on top floor can’t access to the lake from our room. It could be nice if we can access to the lake from the door nearby room .

Unit 8 with mountain view. Large room with basic kitchen facilities. Shower with hand held and excellent water pressure. Convenient laundry - washing machine and dryer, accessed by an outside door.

The bed was extremely soft but ok for a single night. Pillows were extremely compact and hard.

The view is very special

The toiletries in the shower and the basin flowing soap were all very difficult to use. The pumps were not working properly. Also for shorter people it is not easy to reach the pumps in the shower.

It was perfect for us being able to tie the boat up at our back door.

Two bedrooms on the lower deck for jetty access would have been good.

Quiet location with a beautiful view.

I got the room with a hot tub which costs substantially more but the hot tub would not go above 21 degrees Celsius. If the hot tub worked everything would have been amazing 10 out of 10 hundred percent.

What wasn’t to like. The accommodation for two people was massive. Great facilities. Very comfortable. Stunning views.

Only bad thing was being on the ground floor you could hear every movement people in the room above made.

Everything was amazing, credit to the chef in the restaurant, food was to die for, especially the mussels..

Lovely view

Had a problem when a cleaner advised outside unit door we need to be out of the unit at 8am. She lied as she wanted to get in and start the cleaning I showed her the information sheet and advised was 10am. In the confusion we got locked out of our unit. She refused to open the door for us advised she had no key when clearly she had key to access unit for cleaning I was in my pyjamas outside. Very embarrassing had to get into the car and go to reception for get new key. Advised at reception time to vacate unit was 10am. Reception was helpful. Not a good way to start our day.

Fabulous. Comfortable, spacious, clean rooms. Pretty lake area and very convenient location to Cromwell ships/cafes etc.

The location and facilities were great, the kitchen had everything you'd need, the bed was comfy and especially the hot tub and the sauna were amazing! Before our stay I saw a few reviews mentioning the sauna, but couldn't find any proper info or photos of it. The resort should advertise it more as for us it was a huge bonus having our own sauna. You don't find that in many places in New Zealand! So as this may help someone in the future looking for info about it - I can confirm it was a proper Finnish sauna and we absolutely loved going for a dip in the lake straight from there. The lake views are gorgeous and the surroundings are peaceful.

It seemed to be true what other guests had said about the soundproofing being nonexistent. We had the downstairs unit so from the bedroom you can hear absolutely everything that's going on upstairs, people walking, talking, going to bathroom.. It was pretty annoying to be woken up to that at 6:45am after some birthday wines the previous night, but to be fair in the end it was lucky we did wake up early as witnessed the most insane sunrise!

Amazing beautiful location with lovely staff, beds were super comfortable and they were very accommodating of requests.

Only comment would be the cleanliness of the shared washing machine and dryer.

We really liked the modern rooms and bathroom. The lake view room [8c] had a beautiful sunrise view.

Gorgeous property. Generous size apartment with a large deck and a pier for your boat (if you brought one), stairs directly from the deck down to the pier.

Nothing. The properties are divided into four apartments - if you come with a large family, you should make sure to have all apartments in the same building, then it is the absolute dream for a holiday stay with family.

Loved the location and how the units are all set on water That you could also have your boat/jetski at your door

The window tracks on the windows could be cleaned the ceiling in the bathroom needs repainting also the pillows were a bit firm and the bed could have a cluster puff on the mattress to make a bit softer ..

Wow, what a fabulous place! We’ll definitely be back. We think we may have received an upgrade through our Booking.com reservation—we stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The views and service were amazing. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Even though we arrived a bit late in the early evening, the staff was very accommodating checking us in and welcoming us to enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

We are big coffee and tea drinkers and the complementary milk (approx. 4x 25ml) wasn't enough for us. We did not come prepared with a bottle of milk unfortunately

Great design! Clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds - great deck over the water. For boaties - park your boat under your accommodation. We were in 5A and hot water was malfunctioning - we reported it so hopefully fixed. Three individual apartments in 1 villla - book one unit or 3 with friends/family!!!!

The ground floor villa was so beatiful and very spacious. We really enjoyed the hot tub that came with it.

It will be great if the blinds in the bedroom fully cover the sides of the window to ensure maximum privacy. Or perhaps put curtains on it as well.

Beautiful location, lovely and quiet. Nice room and amenities. Very good size apartment and bathroom. Very clean.

Had to close our ranchslider when others staying nearby were smoking outside on their balconies. This was the only negative aspect.
