Located in the heart of Queenstown, the refurbished Coronation Lodge offers 4-star accommodations with complimentary, unlimited WiFi. We've recently upgraded our mattresses to luxury hospitality-style mattresses equipped with BugBlock technology. The lodge has wooden interiors throughout and each room has an private bathroom with underfloor heating. Some rooms at Coronation Lodge have a private balcony, and rooms with a kitchenette are also available. Limited, free secure covered car parking is provided and additional street parking is available. Laundry facilities and free luggage storage are on offer. Coronation Lodge is located opposite Queenstown Gardens and only a 2-minute walk from Lake Wakatipu.

Please note if you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Coronation Lodge in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests must provide a valid ID and credit card at check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be canceled and no refund given. Only registered guests are permitted in the lodge after 22:00. Any type of extra bed and cot is provided upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

- Great value. Flawless wifi. Friendly people working there. Great location.
- Our room was very clean and well provisioned. The location is within a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops.
- What a fun and surprising stay. While it lacks the bells and whistles other places in Queenstown, for the price it provides excellent value. Central access to town while still being quiet, and free covered parking. Nice rooms and heated floor showers
Cons -
- We did not see any staff apart from when we checked in, but that wasn't a problem.
- Lobby was just ok and the common area could be nicer. No elevator access.
- Wish there were microwaves in each room. Parking can be tight with a larger suv.
