- Comfortable bed and quiet ropm

- The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was a nice walking distance to downtown Queenstown
Cons -
- Dated and lack of maintenance. Appear to be running the hotel into the ground. Bath mat had a tear in it. There are far better options for the money. Over priced.
- I was disappointed by the bathroom, and the lack of convenient electrical outlets near the bed.
- The beautiful interior courtyard was marred by the fact this was also the designated smoking area and the smoke would drift into the rooms through open windows
