I really liked the location and the view , the staff are kind and friendly

Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Our heater worked. The property is beautiful.

The food wasn’t tasty. Definitely not worth $30

Beautiful property, views ?, clean rooms, receptionist spoke some English, breakfast for a Royal, plenty of parking and a very nice bell man to help us with luggage. Highly recommend.

The silence and the staff

The room wasn't clean enough, the furniture is archive, the quality of the food is poor and its price is too expensive. I'm not quite satisfied with the whole experience.

The hotel has a great location with a tremendous view.

The food in the hotel is quite expensive and there are no other restaurants in the area where you can have dinner.

Dirty, careless staff, poor facilities, terrible services.Absolutely not worth even 10% of the rate they claim!!!

Cheap clean hotel on the lake. Lovely garden for kids with playground and to do Yoga on your own.

The sanitary COVID measures were non existent. The hotel and with that the other guests acted like there is no Corona. Nobody ever measured temperature and NOBODY wore masks. The hotel management allowed parties to go on in the lobby with music and at least 50 people Mixing ang Mingling. A potenital CLUSTER creator. Unbelievable.

The view is really nice, right on the lake and the hills behind. Perfect, especially at this time of the year and this pandemic period, to relax, read and even catch up with some work. I liked the long walks to the dam and to visit the vicinity as well as running very early in the.morning. Very quiet area with nice people. The staff of the hotel is nice and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. The pool was also quiet and nice, I was most of the times the only client there

The rooms definitely need some serious renovation. I had a room with a very nice view and large terrace. But very basic amenities. I think the hotel is understaffed, probably due to the pandemic. Almost impossible to order from the pool and very difficult to order on the terrace. The staff did their best but couldn't keep up with servicing different areas. The restaurant menu also needs some improvements

Beautiful location and view from the hotel. Rooms were simple but nice and had all the things needed. The pool and playground were great entertainment.
