- Nothing, perhaps except the low cost and even that was high compared to the services rendered Well maybe that air-conditioning unit worked WHEN there was electricity which was not often!

- The location was far from the city, the neighborhood was noisy with generating plants all around, the apartment was not clean, no clean bedsheets. No electricity for most of the time, it came on at 9pm and went off in the middle of the night and one had to open windows to ventilate so sleep was erratic. The toilet was not clean. No reliable place to eat from around the area so I was hungry most of the time. The caretaker was not friendly and communication was difficult because of our language barrier, he didnt understand English and I didn't understand french.French. I will NOT recommend this apartment to anyone!
