Dirty, check in said until 9pm- we were shortly before and door was closed and no one to even take our call. Took 1hour until random patrons opened the door for us. Finally inside was a number to reach Apart City. Pictures are nothing like photo shown

Good price, nice room

The parking entrance. Whoever designed it, surely never parks there. Theres a 90 degree turn to go to -1 level, and it's quite narrow as well.

spacious and comfortable, very good bed, big bathroom. Metro just a step away.

The ventilation in the room is not good. It blows directly on the face when we sleep. I had to shut it with some paper and tape. The kitchenette is super basic. The staff had no clue about a restaurant in the area.

rather dated, and uninspiring building, but clean enough, safe, and an ok place to stay when visiting lyon

room was old, bare bones, and not superbly maintained.

Friendly staff. Easy access to groupama stadium etc if you're in town for a concert. Walkable from the nearest metro station

Dated facilities, though not bad for the price

The smell of the shower gel.Mattress is decent enough. Nice position with main metro, you are in the center in 20 minutes. Kinda mediocre city tho.

Every surface over 1.50 mt never seen a sponge or cleaning. Stains in places where you could hang towels to dry. Everything is old and '70 style, photos are fake or made in some decent room and then the reality is awful.NO AIR CONDITIONING.

Staff were friendly, and helpful. Place was clean.

Rooms were tired looking, no aircon (which they do warn you about).

Very close to groupama station, easy to get to - complete with kitchen, microwave.

Not as clean as we like

We loved having a kitchenette and a living room space in addition to the bedroom. Appreciated the secure parking garage below. Conveniently located near public transportation.

Breakfast choices were adequate, could have been better. Breakfast room was more school-like than a hotel.

The rooms are a big, there is a kitchen too. Beds are comfortable. Really close to city center. Calm surroundings.

Rooms are a bit old. There was a smell of sulfur coming out the drains in the bathroom (not really problematic just saying). In my room the water heater (huge) was in the bathroom above the toilet (in my friends' room it was not like that).

The staff were sweet.

The pictures are very deceiving. It’s not that new or clean. No colorful walls or pillows. Bad up keep. Dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. Honestly not worth the price. The staff were extremely nice, but everything else was not good.

Friendly staff and clean structure

The room was quite small and overall way older than shown in the pictures. Seems that have been renovated more than a decade ago and not well maintained since then.

For the money, you’re probably better off going elsewhere.

The bedding was quite uncomfortable, I did not sleep well at all (and I typically don’t have trouble sleeping). The cleanliness in general was quite disappointingThe breakfast was the most frustrating - 10€ supplement, with virtually no fresh, hot food. Yogurt, some fruit, viennoiseries, with not much else.

Clean, nice staff, close to everything you need

The hotel is clean, the people are friendly and it is very well located, close to my friends house. The room needs some improvement, the shower door has to be fixed as the shower gel bottle.

Some improvement are needed in the room. The sink is worn out. The price is much to high.
