excellently presented hotel with a lovely spacious attrium/reception area. The room was really big and may i say BEAUTIFUL with everything you would ever need. The views were great as was the standard of the room and comfy large bed.

only two things...1. The young staff in the hotel bar area were not very good at serving people who sat there waiting for them to offer a menu and even when we had finished eating they walked past our table in the bar area many times not talking the empty plates. In the end we took them to the bar ourselves after 30 minutes. They were not really busy at the time, in fact sometimes they were just stood talking behind the bar to each other. 2. The breakfast for westerners was served under heat lamps but that section is right in front of a door leading to an outdoor seating area. the door was left open on a morning so the cold air was coming in to the whole restaurant making the room cold but most importantly the breakfast items were cold. I accidentally met Edward the head chef and i mentioned it to him and he said he would fix it. I then saw him again the following night and he came to ask if everything was alright so it was nice he remembered me and fixed the issue.

It’s well located, lots of restaurants in the area and is connected to a mall. Up to date amenities and clean. Staff is very attentive!

Great location, great breakfast, good rooms with comfortable beds. A special mention about MIA at Customer Relationships, who upgraded our room to a suite and made the stay much more pleasant! Xie xie Mia!

The water has a weird smell that may be because of the general humidity etc in Dongguan

I’m staying at level 18 the shower water pressure is not strong enough .

Good location

A little bit old , I spent $600/ night there is no service at all , I have to push the cleaning every day , and there is nothing in business lounge, also racism!

Club floor, a good selection. I am vegan, so not huge choice but was able to have noodles/vegetables and some fruit for breakfast. Would prefer tofu being available too. Staff very nice + after one day of learning I took black coffee, they made me a coffee without me asking. Very intuitive + good service.

I like eating on the 2nd floor Club Floor - so would prefer to have tofu available for the cooked breakfast area. Beans are good, as are the vegetables.

Clean and comfortable rooms

Most of the staff couldn't talk English in such an International hotel chain. Even the stuff at reception was using translation device to translate from English. Concierge doesn't know around. Asked a few places to eat, they were not eligible to advise. Internet connection was terrible, not stable and cutting constantly. Looking like international, working as a local hotel.

The hotel is fantastic, staff so profesional, the room is amazing with a very confort bed.Breakfast is extraordinary. Very calm room.

Have stayed here a couple of times now for work and always very happy with the stay. Rooms are good and staff are really helpful.

The staff were amazing, really helpful.we stayed here for my wife’s birthday and they really went above and beyond. Great indoor swimming pool. Excellent breakfast.

Great location next to a big shopping mall. Stunning hotel - the room was lovely, the breakfast was excellent the the gym was great too. It was the perfect place to stay for a few days in the local area.

Only complaint was that I was initially put on the side of the hotel where there are overnight building works going on - cue a move at 1:30 am due to the noise. It was very frustrating that they wouldn't automatically fill the quieter rooms rather than put me on the noisy side and then me have to move. I appreciate they cant help it but the first thought should be for the comfort of the guests there if the hotel isn't full.

Location was great, just next to a giant mall, very convenient. The room was huge, clean and comfortable, enough space for my big luggage and all my toiletries laid out. There also a speaker in the toilet linked to the TV, which is super cool. The toilet is at the far end from the TV, it's next to the room door. I love the convenient sitting area for wearing shoes at the door too.

The bathtub is open, and shower room is clear glass door. If you're staying alone like me or with a significant other, it's alright. But if you're sharing room with your colleague, it's a bit inconvenient. However, there is a big hidden door you can slide out and close to separate bathing area from the bed area, if you want some privacy. But the bathing area is where the room door is at, so if your colleague comes in from the room door while you bath/shower, then.. you will have a very intimate awkward time with your colleague.

Room is excellent, coffe and dinner as well.

People in the restaurant speak very poor english ... during the dinner they brought me a lobster and I did not order for... I haa just asking some information...

Located right in the middle of Donnguan, this hotel is fabulous. The rooms are extremely spacious, very well appointed and comfortable. My room had stunning views across the city which lights up at night. Exceptional accommodation, very helpful staff and luxurious accommodation all make for a perfect place to stay. You can walk to the new shopping centre full of places to eat. Cannot praise the helpfulness of the staff enough. One of the best hotels to stay and I highly recommend staying here.

Location was great next to a Shopping Mall with more food options.

The service at the restaurant for dinner was shocking. Our order was very late and when asking for it, the staff looked poorly trained, didn't want to come to me, even though I speak Chinese (no English speaking staff that day). I literally saw how the waitresses were hiding from me behind a column. When asked about this, the supervisor told me "they are just scared". Definitely not up for a hotel of this standard.

Toilet is divided with bathroom. And it's separated with main space with only slide door.

Breakfast provided lots of choice and options. Quality on the whole was good.

There is a building site next to the hotel that is operating 24 hours per day. The windows of the rooms offer no sound protection, you could literally hear a pin drop on the street below. The room temperature control seems ineffective, it was cold and no matter what settings were selected, I couldn't get warm air.The chinese restaurant on the third floor is obscenely expensive which probably explains why there were only two tables occupied whilst I was dining. I would avoid this restaurant, the same quality of food is available elsewhere for less. Also despite being a resident of the hotel and paying a deposit on arrival, the restaurant staff insisted the bill was paid and not charged to the room.Despite being an IHG hotel catering for western visitors, many of the staff struggled to understand English.

Good and comfortable stay, meeting all basic needs for a business trip.Good value and convenient location.Spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms with good functionality.

I forgot items in my room and the property did not contact me about it, nor answered my messages when I enquired.Rooms are very dark and I keep getting twin rooms facing the next door building while I book king.You could expect more english speaking staff in such a property; staff often does not understand you and making a room service order is challenging. Breakfast staff is not very pleasant, never a greeting, just jumping on you with a 'Room Number !' when you come down.Cleanliness definitely needs improvement.
