Hyatt Regency Dongguan

Good and recommend, clean, High ceilings , comfort bed, big bathroom,

No complement in fridge

Breakfast was good. particularly seasonal fruits.

Room service food was not good. Three days in dinner, I have tried different menus, nothing feel/taste good to me.

Hyatt Regency was absolutely amazing regarding everything. The rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, spaces optimised and you really feel at home. There are many additional facilities you can use at the hotel. Breakfast offers huge variety of food. Rooms were regularly cleaned. Personnel was helpful and always made me feel welcome. I had an amazing stay there, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

One thing that could use an upgrade are the TVs.

Super nice staff, friendly and professional. The area around the hotel is beautiful, the lake is lovely for walks if the weather allows, facilities are really good overall.

The hotel is far from the more central parts of Dongguan. Unless you have business close to the lake (I'm guessing mainly if you're visiting Huawei) be aware it can be a bit of a trek to get there.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly second time we have stayed their and are booked to stay again at the end of our visit before the flights home.

The rooms are spacious, there is good internet with vpn and the breakfast is wonderful

The maintenance of the hotel is a bit outdated, and the rooms could use an small facelift. We booked this hotel especially for the outdoor swimming pool which when we arrived was closed for maintenance. Because of this the hotel is in my opinion very overpriced as there are cheaper options available with similar maintenance level.

The breakfast is very poor and the food not good quality. The fruit was not fresh, the bacon taste was very bad, very difficult to find cutlery, the waitress not helpful the coffe and the cappuccino from the machine it is not a qualitative service from such a high standard hotel.

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency for 2 nights for Business purposes, great hotel and friendly staff would highly recommend this hotel and stay again.
