Sheraton Dongguan Hotel

The staff was very helpful and the the location wise its good

The basic facilities was below expectations , Air condition was not working well, had difficult one day stay

The staff at the counter was not to good with English. It was a Sunday when we arrived and the staff the next day did have better English. I want an interpreter for my business meeting and found it was easier to find one on Facebook.

The location was good and the hotel was clean. The food was poor at best, the good stuff went quickly and wasn't replenished.

Great and comfortable hotel with quite an impressive lobby, I have to say. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Gym had a good variety of things to do. All good!

While being a very nice upper class hotel, in some areas it just felt a little dated. Nothing crazy, just a feeling.

Location is prime All the people there spoke fluent English which is very helpful there .The hospitality is awesome The people at reception especially lily and Jason really helped in the best possible way they could .

The real continental breakfast. Good coffee, fresh vegetables, cold meats, cheese etc. available.

The hotel room is rather old and should be refreshed.

I have been staying here for many years but the last time was pre-covid

The menu seems more limited and it was disappointing that the Italian restaurant wasn't open. It was difficult to communicate as a lot of the staff didn't speak english but I understand that foreign travellers are only just starting to visit again.

sheraton is always a greta stay. have been previously a lot. is looking a little old since my last stay, but always such a friendly staff and great vibe and location

The beds and pillows are comfortable - great location of property.

The whole hotel is quite dated in terms of fit out. Air conditioning units in the rooms are very noisy and would be a problem for light sleepers. Also room service ends at 9.30pm, not ideal for late arrivals, especially with no other eating venues being nearby. You can tell those cost saving measures through covid are still somewhat in effect, understandable to keep a hotel this large going.

The position of the hotel and its facilities. Very good breakfast and personnel was very kind. Nice room and clean.

Although Covid has gone, the bar was closed and also other restaurants were closed. Hope the situation will get better soon.

I didn't apply for the breakfast, although in retrospect I should have. You'll have to take a taxi or walk a bit to find some places to eat.

Some of the restaurants in the hotel have been closed, I assume it was still recovering after the covid lockdowns, which is a shame.

Front desk staff: Lolly, Amanda, were super nice and helpful. They could speak English, also there is restaurant manager who all spoke English was polite and helpful.

Room service works until 9pm!!! This is ridiculous in 5star hotel, after 9 o'clock there's nothing to eat in the hotel!As i understood mostly people are visiting DG for business, so they might finish job late...... Only because of nice and friedly staff im giving this rate

Very comfortable, good staff, great pool and big comfy room. I loved the big shower room and bathtub.

Should include a breakfast for this price. Location a little far from nearest subway.
