Wanda Vista Dongguan

Service was exceptional. Sunny and her staff were attentive, proactive, polite, and professional. I can’t say enough great about the staff and how they treated me! I highly recommend this hotel for many but especially this reason!

It is my 3rd time to stay here and it gets better every time.Location to the shopping mall, and close to train station all adds up to a great hotel.

This is maybe the only hotel we can stay in Dongguan due to its location being very central and in the middle of all the locations we need to visit. During our stay across China, this was one of the most disapointing, although if there are no new hotels in a similar area, we will stay again, but wouldnt stay if there was another option

Its unfair to keep disliking breakfasts, but I have had plenty of great breakfasts in China but this wasn't one of them. Everyone else seemed to enjoy it though. The rooms are dated and everyone smokes in them

One room’s AC barely worked, it would not get below 24. It was colder outside than inside. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the halls. Found multiple long hairs in one of the rooms. Cockroach in one room.

I like location, it is the center of the city

Wifi is bad, i cannot access internet

The evening meal had plenty of variety.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful but not hot.

Staff is pleasant, location very good, breakfast OK .

Definitely needs renovation as room floors are uneven, bed mattresses not straight.

the room was spacious, condition nicely kept and the location is great. It's right next to a big shopping center with restaurants and lots of shops.

Good spread of items for breakfast. The baked items spread was good indeed. There were limited options for vegetarians

Need to have few more vegetarian items in the food menu. Need to have atleast popular asian cuisine.

Connection to wifi includes VPN. Well connected with friends on WhatsApp. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Walkway to hotel is congested with Electric bikes.

A Hidden gem hotel in Dongguan ... good breakfast.. excelent service and clean rooms. Recommended for business and leisure visit.

Nice rooms, clean, good breakfast with a lot of variation. Nice and helpful staff

Exceptionally helpful concierge and check in staff. Didn't request for room cleaning but it was automatically done daily. Clean sheets towels. No smoke smell at all.. soundproof rooms.

Very comfortable room and quiet too, considering how busy life is at your doorstep. Decent gym was a plus.

Not too many western style eateries nearby, as far as I could see.

Super friendly and perfessional service that helps took me to room and connected Wi-Fi after check-in, and helps bring the luggages to car after check-out, the young guy who helped me is perfect! And it's right next to Wanda Vista, stunning location!

They will charged laundry service per clothes, that's not friendly for international traveller.Breakfast was so-so, did not meet to 5 stars hotel level.

I stay here for the location and the executive lounge. Unfortunately, they do not seem to have recovered from COVID yet. They are not ready for western travelers. The lounge had no signage for the food. The lounge no longer offers breakfast and the lounge has no English speakers. On an 8 day stay that I paid for lounge access, I only went up twice. Usually I go up every morning and every evening. Try the Pullman or the Hyatt if you are not Chinese.
