The property is beautifully restored Canary style building. Everything is clean. Kitchen is very convenient.

However, be aware that there is absolutely zero sound proofing. You can literally hear every single thing around you: a neighbor popping, chatting, or whatever your imagination provides. In our case unfortunately the place was booked out by a group of young and loud, so we had zero sleep until 1am.It would be great if the property provided complementary ear plugs, since they are probably aware of the soundproofing situation. The stay would be much more pleasant.

It’s a unique 18th century renovated building right in the center. The communal facilities are outstanding!

Beautiful place right next to the historical center of La Laguna,The house looks like it's from a magazine, we didn't cook but the kitchen is well stuffed and have everything you need for a perfect meal.The room was very big and quiet.

No AC, on hot days, the fan isn't enough to cool the room, so we needed to sleep with open windows to cool the room.On arrival, the wifi didn't work and was fixed the next day.

The hotel is very tastefully decorated. Everything is thought through and we felt at home straight away. The first room we stayed in had a beautiful wooden ceiling and was super cosy. By the end of our stay we were upgraded to another lovely large room with a view onto the garden with palm trees and the hills of La Laguna. We absolutely loved our time at Laguna Cool Living. Andres, the manager was super helpful and kind. The communal areas were plentiful and one could work perfectly from there. The location is walking distance from many restaurants and a daily food market. Highly recommend this place. I wish we had stayed longer.

Beautiful little property, wonderful location. Andres was a superb host, really friendly & helpful. There is an underground carpark at the end of the street (€7.50 overnight or €10 for 24 hours) or if your happy to walk for 5 minutes out of town you can park for free in the residential areas. Can’t wait to visit again.

It is beautifully restored mid 19th century property, converted into shared accommodation. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, room set with AC and toilets, where you could find eco soap bars for the body and hair care. Overall new furnishing, attention to detail, visually super pleasing and has a lot of character. Amazing location, walking distance to all historical places.

No soundproofing whatsoever, as original ceiling/floor was kept the same. Personally felt guilty watching Tv, or talking in normal voice range, because everyone can hear everything. Steps in room above were very noticeable, original wood would squeak.

Comfortable, new, clean, lovely staff, great little sun-drenched garden. Super well located. It’s been a super comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The building itself is so beautiful - the architecture blending the old house with the modern kitchen and areas was seamless. Wonderful common areas and decorated so chic.

Unfortunately it was a hostel experience for the price of a hotel. Our room was right in between the communal kitchen and the communal garden, meaning Zero privacy. We slept very little, other guests were in the kitchen often until past midnight and from 06:00 in the morning. The walls are very thin, we heard every noise in the hotel. We couldn’t open the curtains or our room would be open to anyone in the garden. The beds are very uncomfortable. The check-in process was a little confusing and impersonal.

This is a great set up, work space on the ground floor with spacious grounds. Bedrooms upstairs.

The property was a modern renovation of a historic building done very sensitively.Spacious comfortable rooms.

My only gripe was the fitted sheet was too small so pinged off in the night along with the mattress protector, so we woke up tangled in sheet asleep on the bare mattress.

One of the best and "coolest" places I've stayed in! It is very clean and the decor/style is modern. Staff are super friendly, check in/check out was easy, no complaints! 100% will stay here again if visiting.

A fantastic property tastefully restored to an incredibly high standard. But still retaining the unique Spanish style.It has all that you could wish for along with modern comforts.Airy spaces to relax plus patio to enjoy the sun .To sum up it’s just so wonderful in so many ways . The owners clearly had a vision to create something rather special a credit to them .Being very centrally located a bonus to walk to the town .The owner was extremely helpful .

Clean and beautiful facilities and building. The shared kitchen is very nice and well maintained. The courtyard also is beautiful. Our suite itself was clean and comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

Our room was not very soundproof. Would recommend earplugs.

Very high standard of renovation of an historic building. The concept of share living spaces is fairly unique but seems to work well. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the common room / work room well thought out.

Great location. We loved the style and decoration. It is very 'cool'!The kitchen is very well equipped.It's very easy to check in and get settled. Communication with the hosts is excellent.

Our room was one of the cheaper ones just off the kitchen. There are house rules which limit the use of the kitchen during unsociable hours, but if fellow residents break the rules early in the morning then it can be a bit noisy.
