Pros +
- I loved the location, very central, and the villa’s architecture is beautiful, perfectly in harmony with the surrounding style. The villa is very quiet and private, and the staff is highly attentive to guests’ needs.
- The room was gorgeous and I loved that the windows and doors opened up for fresh air. The garden was amazing with so many different flowers and fruits that were in bloom, just beautiful.
- Host was great…even brought us a space heater when our radiator wasn’t working. Very central.
Cons -
- The traffic outside was rather loud until later in the evening.
- Parking very difficult. Since no one is at the premises you have to make sure your telephone is on to get access via email or WhatsApp.
- It would have been nice to have a cooker or at least a toaster and a few items for the kitchen. We had booked and paid for a 2 bedroom flat but we were allocated a 1 bedroom flat with a sofa bed in the sitting room. I think the rooms need to be accurately described.

Pro. Beautiful building located in the center of a beautiful town. Well maintained and helpful staff. A treasure. Con. Parking instructions were unclear and could have been better described. There were no cooking utensils or bowls ( an easy fix). A coffee pot and a hot plate would have been appreciated.
Beautiful, clean in the heart of historic center.
Parking very difficult. Since no one is at the premises you have to make sure your telephone is on to get access via email or WhatsApp.
Beautiful historic mansion converted into spacious apartment-style rooms… we were impressed with how beautiful and well preserved this little slice of history has been kept!! What a treat to have an opportunity to stay in this incredible property.
This is an awesome place to stay, perfectly situated at the edge of the historic centre of La Laguna and in an axtraordinary house. The accommodation is simply beautiful and has a pretty, sheltered garden and courtyard. We had the Torreon suite which is spacious and comfortable and also has a huge roof terrace with amazing views. Being picky the kitchen is a bit minimal but there is a kettle, fridge & a microwave - and loads of lovely restaurants and cafes to try. There was a little street noise but this did not trouble us and could be avoided by choosing a room not facing the street.
Great bed and shower, flat was very quiet and comfortable. The location is perfect. We loved the garden.

Beautiful traditional house, clean and spacious. Nice garden within the premises. Good contact with the host.
The location and the apartment were lovely, Very comfortable bed. Linen was lovely and fresh. The garden is beautiful and nice to relax on loungers on sunny afternoon.
Nothing not to like
This hotel is absoluty gorgeous. We had the room #6 to occomodate our family (2ad + 2chil) and it was perfect. The garden is also very nice. The location was also very convenient, only a few minutes walk from the city center.
No parking, but this was clearly mentioned in the conditions.
The room is extremely large, quite, and clean. Totally exceed my expectation based on the price. The bed is also large and comfortable.
The only downside is the water isolation for shower is ineffective. The whole bathroom's floor was wet after showing.
Beautiful building and perfect location.
Instead of the master suite with balcony which we booked we were given a dark basement room which had plenty of insects and a mouldy smell. Wet patches on the wall and broken floor.
Very nice room with lots of space, very tall ceilings and a huge shower
The location was amazing, especially on Christmas Day to see all the Christmas decorations and lights that attracted a lot of people; free parking lot walking distance. Also the cleaning staff the next day was kind enough to let us view the other suites which were all in the interior part of the building with balconies and nicer views. The grounds and garden was also really nice and guests should be able to enjoy those avocados growing soon ;)
Our suite was worn out, facing the street so quite loud when cars or motorcycles would pass w no balcony and an odd window. The suite was also set up for handicapped guests so quite an odd kitchen and counter top. We were also expecting a cook top as there was clearly a cooking air extractor installed and plenty of space for it but it wasn't there (apparently that's the case for all the suites). Also the advertisement mentioned a sofa bed but it was a two person sofa instead. Many of the restaurants were closed and WhatsApp staff was not aware of it as well as a breakfast discount at casino lagunas for staying at Nava suites which was non-existent.
A nice place with a large park-garden in the territory of the apartment, a great place if you want to stay and see San Cristóbal de La Laguna. Located in the very center of the city.
I missed a kitchen where I could cook, but there is a microwave and it is possible to eat in the immediate area
It is a luxurious property housed in a beautifully restored old mansion. The charm of this hotel lies in its historic grandeur, with soaring high ceilings, intricate moldings, and tasteful antique furnishings that transport you to a bygone era. The sense of space and elegance in the rooms is truly remarkable. It's located 5 minutes walk of very good restaurants.Excellent showerIn conclusion, it offers an elegant and luxurious stay steeped in history, but the street noise might make it less ideal for light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful retreat. If you’re a fan of architectural beauty and don’t mind a bit of urban buzz, this hotel could still be a worthwhile choice.
Despite its many charms, the hotel’s location on a busy street was a significant issue. Traffic noise filtered into my room, even during the late hours, detracting from the serene atmosphere promised by the mansion’s grandeur.
I enjoyed the centrality of the building and also its coziness and charm. Alicia has been amazing in handling all our end-to-end communication. Highly recommended.
If you would like a silent place, make sure to book the suites which face internally.
The location, apartment, and surroundings were fantastic—special kudos to Oliver for his assistance.
The need to constantly update the wi-fi is irritating.
Stunning building. Fantastic terrace. Huge elegant room. Hidden gem of a garden. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to parking.
Some traffic noise but not surprising for such a central location.
