Pros +
- the breakfast is delicious, its location in the central
- The beds were comfy and the room was quite clean in general.
- Breakfast is not include with my booking. This hotel in the central of Tam Dao.
Cons -
- Poor facilitiesI had to pay more than 8% for VAT tax, but the hotel issued a 0% VAT invoice.
- This room has absolutely no view at all. The window and the door to the balcony are closely shut because it is right next to the exit stair. As a result, there is no view because I cannot even open the window. This room even has an exit sign above the door. That is why it actually feels quite stuffed for a room with 2 double beds. I think that is why they only show one photo of the room from the angle at which you cannot see the damn window. The hotel does not give specific information about the room in the description. When I asked for another room, the receptionist kept blaming me for choosing a Superior room instead of a Deluxe one. However, the problem here is that the hotel is not completely honest about the room's description. I did thorough research before choosing and I chose the room based on the description and my preferences. However, there is no information about the fact that this room CANNOT open the window. So the room was quite a letdown. It was also unfortunate especially when the receptionist even talked like it was my fault for booking through this app instead of talking to them directly for suggestions.
- The quality of this hotel is not commensurate with the price. I paid 1,150,000 VND for a hotel have quality as 300,000 VND price
