Terrible, would not recommend this hotel

The beds were extremely uncomfortable- like sleeping on a plank of wood. The staff didn’t really speak English and were often rude.The only bins were the bins next to the toilet. The drain in the bathroom was on the opposite side to the shower so the bathroom flooded. The carpet in the hallways was water affected and smelled. The safes did not work.Our family was in Vietnam for 3 weeks for a wedding and travel and this was by far the worst hotel we stayed at. The rating of the hotel on booking.com seems to falsely state the actual state of the hotel.

The room was big and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. With the place being so clean and well kept, I felt totally comfortable having my little one with me. The restaurant meals were also a pleasant surprise.

Tucked away in a quiet spot, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. I really appreciated their commitment to being eco-friendly—it’s not something you see everywhere. The staff were super welcoming and made everything feel easy and stress-free.

Everything inside the hotel was fresh and neat, with a strong sense of eco-conscious management. The team was very warm and attentive, always one step ahead in helping me.

Great location close to the city center, surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Super convenient for getting around.

Some of the nicer rooms have windows facing the hallway. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of desserts.

This was the only full-service hotel I stayed at during my trip to Thai Nguyen, and it was absolutely worth it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything from the event setup to the meeting facilities was done with great attention to detail.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt quite luxurious. It was also very quiet, creating a perfect environment for families with children.

The front desk helps you with all your enquiries. The room was ok, looks a bit dated but good for the price paid.

Very friendly and passionate staff, the free breakfast is awesome which has the same quality as other hotel's paid breakfast, and the room is quiet.

Great spot, May Plaza was ok but rooms could use a freshen up as ours was a little run down. Food and staff were great without doubt!

I was welcomed with cold drinks and watermelon. Staff are very helpful and friendly as well. Breakfast was great and the room was clean. I was even surprised with a birthday cake.

Dear Booking Service Managers,According to the advertisement on your Booking website for MAY PLAZA HOTEL, I made a reservation at this hotel. However, we were very disappointed as the reality was far different from what was advertised. On the Booking website, the information provided about the hotel, including services and rooms, was excellent. But in reality, the hotel is only like a one-star property and is very dirty. The room and carpet had a terrible smell, and it was impossible to sleep. We had to leave the hotel at 11:30 PM and check into another hotel. Therefore, I demand that Booking provide accurate information, or else we will file a lawsuit and seek compensation.Sincerely,Hợp Đoàn Thế

When I chose and booked this hotel, it was quite quiet, unlike other hotels in Thai Nguyen that always play music loudly.

This hotel is impressive with its European-style architecture, spacious and clean rooms, and a reasonably priced breakfast buffet in the city center.

The hotel is located on a city street and is a 4-star hotel with convenient transportation to major shopping supermarkets, luxurious and quiet space, clean rooms, warm reception, and breakfast buffet.
