- The room was immaculate. My expectations was satisfied. Will return again.
- Like Hyatt Hotels and this one did not fail
- It is a nice hotel for airport locay . The parking and shuttle service are superb Staff very accommodating
Cons -
- Paid parking
- Elevator still down upon our arrival and had been down for a minute, per some reviews, some convenience items were not in the room, wasn't offered free bottled water like previous Hyatt Place hotels I stayed at. Airport make it hard to sleep in
- The breakfast was not good.
