The location and cleanliness

The daily parking fee is outrageous. 18 dollars a day and it?s not even covered parking is horrible. A total rip off

The cleanliness of the room

Yes I didn't like the fact that I was a guest there and I had to pay to park my vehicle when the only way you can access the parking area is by using your room key card, plus there was no microwave in the room we had to leave our room just to reheat meat

Really like the courtyard concept with the green area just outside the room. The lobbies are also always inviting with a lot of seating, a fireplace & a bistro. Staff were nice, allowed late checkout. Bed was comfortable & room was nice. Close to airport.

Bathtub was not clean. Tried for over an hour to get an Uber from the airport. Finally got a Lyft. Though there is a free hotel shuttle at P4, was unable to manage the walk or use monorail due to my circumstances. Frustrating and tiring.

Bar/restaurant crew are above expectations. Also housekeepers are always busy and helpful.

Definitely some front desk employees need some training. Several times I walked in and out and didn¿t get not even a eye contact from them. Some ¿good morning¿ ¿welcome back to courtyard¿ ¿good evening¿ alway going to make us feel better.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff very helpful. The parking was gated and although the area is not reputed to be the safest in general, the hotel felt very safe and there was a police officer on the premises at all times.

No free breakfast.

The price was a plus

I left my rm for breakfast, when I returned my door was open I noticed the housekeepers cart in the hallway I called the front desk to ask why is my rm left open with my belongings they didn¿t offer an apology they said they¿ll notify the supervisor! ¿¿

Not much around it. Ruby Tuesday is a very short walk, but nothing else.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff

They charged for breakfast. $12 for an omelette is a little steep.

Gated parking lot. Very clean and smells wonderful.

The room was comfortable and clean. Check in was fast and friendly.

Location, proximity to ATL

There was a loud fight taking place in the room next to us. They finally quieted down around 2 am but left their TV on so loud we could hear it. Also the bathtub would not drain.

The location is only good if you have a car. I was not able to get to the nearby stores and restaurants in a walking distance.

The location was prime

The breakfast hours weren’t convenient. I experienced a heating issue but the staff did offer to accommodate me .

The room was clean & spacious.....as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and check in was easy.

I stayed on New Years Eve and had an early flight to catch the next morning. I wasn’t expecting room parties next door and above me and the hallways reeked of weed, despite the no smoking warning. Also wasn’t aware of the $10 for parking.

The room was very clean spacious and I felt really good knowing that they deep clean the room very well especially during COVID. You can smell the cleaning product right when you walk in the bathroom.

The front desk woman was extremely rude and impatient. She acted as though she hated her job. Her tone was dull and unprofessional and she didn’t smile nor make eye contact. Check out is at 12pm but they send housekeeping to your room around 9am.

Nice room. Comfortable and VERY clean.

Charge for parking - no bueno!
