Four Points by Sheraton College Park Atlanta Airport

Good staff

Renovation construction being done. Dust everywhere in lobby and hallways. Room rate should have been 50% less. I learned that the renovation was done because Marriot Hotel purchased this hotel.

Bedbugs in room 501. Contacted the hotel and nothing was done

The room was clean and ok

The hotel was under renovations, we had to pay for parking for a hotel that was a best western plus but had just changed owners, and there were very few parking spots. The lobby smelled like weed was being smoked. The hallways smelled like weed and incens

The bed was amazing

No shower, the shower head was there but it wasn't connected

The room was just ok. It was the best thing about this hotel. But even though it was ok it smelled like construction zone from the dust traveling from another part of the hotel being remodeled.

Almost everything was awful. First they are under construction. There is dust and debris everywhere. It?s so dirty that the front desk clerk was covered in dust. Second, the staff was rude and unfriendly. Third, the room smelled of construction dust.

Lied! So did pricepointe! Never said there was reconstruction!!!! Resort fee! How do you charge resort fees????

The hotel was undergoing serious renovations while I was there - I needed to be able to rest during the day but could NOT because of all the sawing, hammering, banging etc. Drywall dust was everywhere on the 1st floor. Location near airport and The Hood

Proximity to Hartsfield Airport (ATL) Price appeared reasonable. Room itself was nice.

Location

The hotel was a complete mess no parking due to heavy equipment and dumpster blocking spaces. Loud noises though out the day . No stair excess entrance was cluttered with trash. Construction was everywhere. Hotel should have been closed down .

How clean the rooms are and the location.

Elevators have no ventilation and take awhile as there?s only one to take. Parking is not free as advertised. It?s still cheap however; only $5.

The bed

Everything, the staff was awful and unaccommodating. They require a $100 deposit that they do not have listed in the interinerary, they charge a $60 fee to check in before 3. They overcharge on their food and drinks

The hotel is in close proximity to the airport. It's not too far from Downtown Atlanta

The hotel is very dated. The breakfast was a bit subpar.

Bed

Sketchy location. Really old. No HD TV

Location and availability of the airport shuttle. Room was spacious.

Staff are tough and unprofessional (need training on their computer system and how to deal with customers). Breakfast was below average. Room was OK but the carpet was smelly! The hotel changed its name from best western!

Sub-par customer service. A few employees need training on how to interact with guest . Heard multiple complaints. Breakfast had waffles with no eggs or bacon.

Convenient to highway and airport. Free shuttle to/from airport. Okay breakfast.

Very noisy A/C unit. Bed was not comfortable. DO NOT get a room anywhere near the elevator! Pool shut down.

The room was large. Overall clean. Close to the airport.

Misleading description. Whole airport shuttle and breakfast was listed as part of hotel amenity, we were charged $10 each ¿hotel fees¿ for these amenities. We drove ourselves and left before breakfast was serviced, but we were still charged that fee.

cleanliness and staff. also breakfast offerings were very good. price was reasonable

Leaving

Printer did not work in the lobby for boarding passes they couldn't tell me what the password for the Wi-Fi was the continental breakfast or whatever they call that was the worst of any hotel I've ever had elevator was extremely dirty
