The location and cleanliness.

I saw a roach but the room was clean.

The staff were friendly, The location was decent.

The room was clean, but pretty grubby. We were concerned about the armed security, but I guess in the end we felt safer with him there. That was a first for us

They did give me a cleaner room after I showed photos of the first room.

The ceilings were chipping, not clean, tickets for breakfast but all they had was bagels and cereal. No juice or anything and people coming in and out not abiding by the no visitors policy.

Bad location, everyday has to get keycard reprogram. Breakfast very basic. Staff a little slow on cleaning rooms Had a few families living at the hotel

The shuttle driver was friendly

The room was disgusting. Towels and sheets were disgusting. Stand on shower curtain. Holes in the walls. Bathroom door handle broken wouldn¿t open and close properly. I have stayed at red roof + before but this should be listed for $20, if that.

The front desk staff (wish I would've gotten her name) was so kind & friendly during our 2am check-in because of a canceled flight, even though the vibe of the lobby was chaotic & sketchy. The provided shuttle to the airport the next day was a plus too.

Very sketchy, run-down, stained sheets, ripped curtains, mold on ceiling, wires hanging from wall where smoke alarm should be, springs popping out of mattress, no shower curtain and hair dryer missing, old & undersized towels.

Cleanliness king size bedroom was ok for the price. Food location great. Lights and remodeling was done I'm told two weeks before I came in. Lobby area and halls very clean and new. Customer service and security at lobby all night.

Very accommodating and easy to talk to a live person- everyone is friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy room was warm and all the Direct TV channels I could ever want. Shower water was nice and hot!

The staff is friendly, but the hotel looks like a madhouse.

The lobby and the room smelled of cigarettes, so much so that we asked to change the room, and there were also people asking for money in the parking lot, I do not recommend it.

The room smelled bad. The toilet seat had urine on it. The bathroom sink had no hot water.

The bed had a big dent in it. A big hole in the bathroom door. N had bugs

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking and the rooms were very clean. Even the cleaning staff was helpful in making sure if we needed anything to help keep us clean during this pandemic. I appreciated that and so much more.

A strong weed smell in the whole hotel , i have to ask for different room smells really bad , too much noise , don¿t waste your money .

Area¿ tv didn¿t work¿¿and room was dirty ¿.and the hotel website they offered a airport shuttle but the shuttle never showed up so I had to spend money for a Lyft

Location was OK. Easy access to highways and airport.

Hotel was below average and dated. Needs repairs in common areas and in rooms. No amenities were available - no breakfast, no gym, no pool. Room provided no soap, shampoo or body lotion. Front desk clerk seemed tired. I would not stay here again.

My room smelled of cigarettes and incense and several small bugs crawled through the bathroom as I was using the restroom.

The rooms are spacious and comfy.

They said their hotel is non smoking but they stink so bad and also the price that you spent for a night is way too much for the outdated rooms. Better to look for other options. Not suitable for families and business trip.
