Location and cleanliness of room

Did not like paying an additional $45 per car for parking. And I had two cars!!

It was clean and modern.

The staff acted like we were in their way in the laundry room and when we let them know about the laundry room issues.at the front desk.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were generous with their time and were willing to answer all our questions. The manager on duty, Quentin, made sure that everything was ready when we arrived. I would highly recommend staying at this place

Location next to the airport and being able to access it by sky train from the airport. Also the beds were comfortable.

Proximity to the convention center

No blankets given just sheets on bed. Pull out bed was not a true pullout bed it was at best a roll out cot from under the couch.

It's location saved me some time. But breakfast was served at 7. It could have been earlier or provided something.

I the front desk clerk at check out did not know how to close my bill.

Walked to free tram straight to the airport.

The location to the convention center was extremely helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly.

The a/c unit being over the door was different. Since it was far away from the beds, it seemed to take a bit of work to get the temp right. Not bad enough to knock the hotel though. There could be more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Parking fee

The pull out bed did not look real clean it had crumbs and hair on it. Easily brushed off and covered with the sheets

The separation of the shower and toilet area was great; The space and layout of the room was absolutely wonderful and we LOVED the location. The staff was very nice and approachable. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

There were no issues with this hotel.

Love being able to access the hotel from the tram.

Printer was broken, meaning no boarding passes could be printed , and theyy made my friend wait until exactly 7 to dive into the free breakfast.

Very modern hotel in a good location. Free breaffest with just ok. Not embassy suites quality.

The parking was rediciously overpriced. $18 per day is much higher than most hotels in the area, including the airport itself.

Really close to the airport.

The breakfast manager wouldn't let me eat at 6:55 even though everything was ready to go and their was two of us ready to go. I was trying to catch a flight so it was frustrating.

Location and layout of the room.

When checking out the front desk girl was snotty and was on the phone with a customer. She disappeared and left us standing there.

The check in was so fast and the desk attendant was so friendly and efficient. Also, the room was very nice. And the location (in proximity to the airport) can't be beat.

I liked everything.

The breakfast was very nice one of the best set up I've seen the staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Everyone was very kind and willing to assist. They catered to my son's needs and that's was rare also inviting. I really liked this hotel.will

The hotel was great,but they took --dollars out of my checking when they should have only taken 30 dollars for parking.The hotel 40 security deposit in which 30 dollars for parking was to come from my security deposit. They took my deposit plus park!!

Yes. I didn't like the parking fee. Also, the hotel should use fresh eggs on the buffet instead of the others.

Location was great. Everything was easily accessible from food to shopping

Was surprised with 15 dollar a day parking charge. I have never experienced that before.
