Not a damn thing.

The roaches, air condition sid not work, was given only 1 towel and washcloth, no handicap access, stairwell smelled like vomit.

Only one staffer was good responding to my question

Everything was wrong the sink was broken the room smells weed all time bathroom very thirty stranger knocking in your door first staff was unfriendly

It was located close to the MARTA station, that’s really the only positive about the entirety of my experience with this hotel.

Mold, a lot of it. I called the Georgia department of health because the mold situation was so bad. Lack of linens, dirty linens, lack of trash receptacles and trash bags, my room was not cleaned the entirety of the time I stayed there, and so much more.

The room was infested with roaches and the tv didn’t work. Mattresses were sunk in.

Bugs .. Rm 119 had a large number; switched Rm 251 .? there a few, but a lot less than 119

The ac unit was falling out of the window and the sheets had blood stains on them and I couldn?t get any new ones at all

Quietness and location from job

Yes. There were roaches, bathroom sink doesn't work, toilet leaking, three remotes to tv(non work and batteries were changed), no safety lock on door(maintenance person opened door up without knocking), MOLD ON CEILING. I HAVE VIDEO OF EVERYTHING.

Convenient to highway, grocery store, and walking distance car rentals and bus

rude clerk. he stated that there was not rooms available. so we did not get any room I got an email telling me that we didn't show up these people lie. I just want my money back since we didn't stay. awful experience. stop business with that people.

It's cheap

I stayed here for about 6 months for work and stayed in almost every room and there is something wrong and or broke in every room. Last 2 rooms I stayed in were infested with roaches. I used 3 cans of Raid in the last room and I still had them coming out.

The 1st room they tried to give me was wrong bed size curtains were open and the door was jammed I couldn't open my body was weak due to having a stroke within a week and there were 3 live roaches and 1 dead water around toilet

The shower never got hot. So u was unable to shower first room was atrocious stains cigarettes burns in blanket I immediately requested to change rooms hotel has no ice machine no pool and the elevator reaked of urine.

The only good thing I can see about the hotel was that the location was great everything you needed was right there I never really needed to go was accessible

This hotel was not clean they had no staff for a hotel this size they only had one cleaning person. I asked about getting clean towels and washcloths told me that they only clean rooms that checked out I would have to clean my room myself.

They daily locked me out of my room and still owe me $782 in overcharge refunds

The a/c

The entire experience was horrible. . Rude front desk Had me waiting to check in for an hour, outside in the hear with 4 others. They charged me a late fee. Even though i checked out 2 hrs before time

cheap and fairly close enough to destination. no bugs, light noise at night.

no shampoo/conditioner, didn't see housekeeping during 3-night stay. hint of smoke despite non-smoking room.

The location was perfect.

The room was infested with roaches. I was avatar to sit anything down and the roaches would crawl in it.
