Good location loved the pool area bar and restaurant connected, I liked hot tub in room

Room was dirty with tape and streamer pieces stuck to the wall, tv in bedroom was broken, cabinet to fridge was broken I reported to front desk, they said they were aware I rented a king suite with hot tub , staff complained about there job n how stressful it was n how she is under paid

Very clean,wonderful staff & very quiet

Beds were a lil too firm

There was no ice machine

The room had ceiling tiles that weren’t shut all the way, its was very noisy and I slipped on ice, broke my iPhone pro max, hurt my elbow and shoulder. I told the African American male GM at e front desk in person he proceeded to smile about it and never offered any help to me, nor did he even ask if I was ok. I called back asking for information he proceeded to tell me that they aren’t responsible for the back of their own building (where I fell) and never sent the incident report via email for me to fill out. I’ve waited long enough something needs to be done!
