Probably the security, it was a very secure building and location was good.

It was very old needs updating big time, carpet was awful and the couch in the living area it was so dirty. It was nice to have the big fridge and kitchen area but I really think it would be nice to see it updated then I would stay again.

I had excellent customer service from a very professional staff.

The toilet went down very slowly and it became clogged. I bought a plunger to unclog it.

The room itself - large, clean, all the necessities.

Since it was raining a covered entry would have been nice. And we had difficulty finding the hotel entrance - no name near it. Looked like it could have been the back door.

It is good and confortable. Some of the staff were non-English speaking, however, they are really helpful.

I stayed in the Hotel for almost for the whole week. the Breakfast menu has NOT been changed. Same menu everyday. this is a "Non-smoking" facility, guests still smoking Marijuana in the Hotel. nothing the staff can do, but it needs to be monitor.

The space

Housekeeping manager was a little rude, TONS of stomping and noise that came from the room above me at all hours of the night, and the em tended stay price was incredibly high.

room was suppose to have 2 beds instead was 1 queen when I requested 2 beds, called hotel about this before we left also right after I made reservation. room could of had some extra towels ect.

Liked the outdoor pool. Definately kid friendly.

There was garbage outside our room from the previous people who stayed from the day we checked in and it was still outside our door when we checked out. They advertised that they had an indoor and outdoor pool. They only had outdoor.

Strong pot smell on 3different floor¿s, tv didn¿t work, my heat wasn¿t working. Front desk sent guy up he couldn¿t fix it. So went back down to desk to get new room Their was no apology and acted like I was bothering her.

Location was good

Not clean and very outdated. It was very noisy and the room was not what was pictured.

I realize the hotel could not do anything about fire alarm going off but I thought it would be a nice gesture to give discount off room or discount for future but nothing was offered and was a huge inconvenience.

very loud AC unit and refrigerator just next to the bed. It has a space to cook but not a good space to eat.

Good price and location. The fitness center was nice, but kind of small. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and the coffee was good.It was pretty quiet.

Not enough parking. Luckily someone was leaving after I drove around for 10 minutes. The breakfast area was very small for the size of the hotel. My son found a bandaid in the shower, and the sink stopper was stuck down.
