Hot tub was great & it's always nice to have a kitchenette. Hotel staff was great & helped us quickly w/ no issues when we had problems (ie: inital room being filled w/ pet fur & pee smell - given a new room & fixed a non-working TV. Good location

Great for those traveling w/ pets/children but not as great for couples/singles. Thin walls & heard kids & dogs no matter the time (2 pm or 2 am). Running toilet in room & over 12 hours for the fridge to get cold. No pool towels so water throughout halls

I wish it had a breakfast option like the old hotel had

I liked everything about the hotel:1.) easy check in; 2.) hotel was quiet: 3.) staff was friendly and knowledgeable about area; 4.) hotel was close to our activities.

Did not have breakfast, but hotel was close to excellent restaurants. The staff made good recommendations.

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly.

The pool entrance door was broken so it was just propped open with a door stopper. They ran out of regular coffee in the lobby area at 8am. :-(... We returned from a wedding just after midnight and it's kind of sketchy outside after dark.

The staff was very helpful and accomidating!

The hotel was quite and clean. If I needed anything the hotel was very accommodating.

Area

Stayed last time before name change. They offered breakfast . Did not like information was not updated for no breakfast.

The pool and hot tub were both really nice and had great temperatures. Having a mini kitchen available in-room was nice and the bathroom was great compared to some other hotels we've been to. Nice location and short drives to MOA and the outlets.

Interrupted sleep due to paper-thin walls w/ noise on both sides, dogs barking day & night & people screaming & running down halls past midnight on the holiday. Kids also running around by 7 each morning. Dirty dishes, no free breakfast, & smelly elevator

This hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. I was surprised they offered breakfast for a hotel of this manner. The front desk staff was excellent from the check in gentleman to the middle days to the check out. They were so friendly and helpful

The staff was always very nice when greeted. The daily breakfast menu always changed so there was always something new. Hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip

The pool and hot tub were not available during our stay because of maintenance.

Location

Fire alarm went off, no notification of why or when to return to room. 3rd floor evacuation difficulties with small children. Not enough food on social event days.

Breakfast was very good and staff were amazing. Customer service is a top priority and it really shows. The main areas of the hotel were very clean. Location is good. I would recommend it based on these reasons, if you can get a room at a good rate.

The rooms were not very clean and they are dated. The mattresses on the pull out sofa beds are disgusting. It needs renovations or at the very least the rooms should be deep cleaned more regularly. For the price I had much higher expectations.

Staff was outstanding.

The building is a bit dated, but very clean. A few more tables in the pool area would be helpful (there was one).

We arrived at 4pm. 1 hour after said check in. We were told our room wasn't ready and they didn't have an estimate of how long it would be until it was. Almost 2 hours later we finally got the call it was ready. The room was a good size but wasn't "clean"

The furniture was outdated, garbage under the pull out bed and found other misc. things as my kids scoped everything out. There were towels hanging in the bathroom, which I am assuming were used and the pool area didn't have enough towels.

The service was not very good. The rooms were not very cleaned when we arrived. There was a bad smell in the bedroom. We requested housekeeping and never cleaned our room. Stay away of this hotel

Great, beautiful Hotel. awesome breakfast! Great staff super helpful and loved the fire place outside. I do have to say it is the first hotel that I go to that the pool does not feel like it is all Clorox and the pool was just perfect temperature.

Close to Mall of America and Outlet Mall, quiet location, clean, good breakfast options with plenty of staff to keep stocked and clean

The employees at check in had problems with the card reader, and at checkout, the employees had difficulty with their POS terminal and were not able to get me a receipt.

Nice breakfast. Clean room. Comfortable beds.

The hot tub wasn't working.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Good breakfast, full kitchen in room. Location, 5 minutes to Mall of America, 15 minutes to Xcel Energy Centre. right off 35E, easy to find, free parking

Sofa bed was not all that comfortable for sleeping, but I haven't found many that are.
