Hampton Inn Minneapolis-St. Paul/Eagan (Mall of America Area)

When I opened the door to my room, somebody else's luggage was already in the room. I was given a different room but I was never given a satisfactory explanation how this happened or what would be done to prevent recurrence to myself or other travelers.

Great free hot breakfast and a convenient location to off-airport parking a a great sports bar next door!

Clean and easy to get to

Made us pay $10 for parking EACH night cause paying for a room isn’t enough? As well as when checking in the guy was playing games on his phone while checking me in instead of giving me his attention and I felt it was rude and disrespectful.

No. Everything was wonderful

Hotel was torn up and in general unkempt. Airport shuttle did not start until 4:30 am . The main reason I booked this hotel was to use the airport shuttle and I was unable to.

Location was perfect and close to relatives.

The carpet was wet by the room air conditioner which the staff said was happening in other rooms as well. She appreciated that I let her know.

It is very dated, they had a water issue so had no ceiling tiles in main lobby and other areas, elevator was very dirty and had plastic on floor

Great location and close to shopping and family . The hotel had a nice pool and the free breakfast was an added perk.

Got in late, didn't like getting woke up to vacuuming at 8am

Smelled like Marijuana in the hallway.

Hotel employee went out of his way to make our stay wonderful from the moment we walked in, with kindness and a great sense of humor! The breakfast was great! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable! The location was central to the activities we were doing!

No hot tub, but the pool was nice and fairly warm.

Housekeeping was very loud while cleaning other rooms in the early morning !! Letting doirscslam really loud!

There was a lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. The bed for the 3rd person didn¿t have sheets¿we had to hunt those down. Our room door was hard to open. Our toilet wasn¿t very clean. It¿s these little things that made for a meh experience.
