  • The staff was awesome
  • Nothing. Very poor customer service waited almost 30 minutes for check in. Hotel didn¿t have any hot water prior after hearing another customer complaining. Ask did my room have hot water and if so, I would like to receive a refund. He insisted I did.
  • Comfortable bed.

  • There was cockroaches in my kitchen area
  • My room was dirty, microwave didn¿t work. Random clothes in the drawer and an empty liquor bottle under the bed. No towels in the room and remote didn¿t work for the tv.
  • There was absolutely nothing that I liked about this hotel. Only stayed because of convenience for my vehicle. I used my personal towels due to uncleanliness and smell of hotel.

Comfortable bed.
Had no HOT water in the whole building. After not getting any hot water to shower, when checking out, they told me they had WATER ISSUES. No apology or offer for compensation/credit for MAJOR inconvenience to me. No phone in room to call front desk.
