- I absolutely loved how Mckayla took care of our reservation! She made our stay the best it could be! The hotel was spectacular and the water park was amazing!

- They never told us about a $50 incidentals charge that would go on our card on file!! We still have not got the money from it added back to our account and it has caused us to lose money we didn’t anticipate for. Staff was unfriendly and uncooperative In resolving this issue, and pretty much told us to just deal with it and wait. I feel it’s wrong to charge an account $50 when they haven’t purchased anything from their hotel, then take such a long time to put it back on the card! The water slide was also only open till 12pm on Sunday, which when I booked our tickets was told it was open for sat and Sunday!! So we didn’t get to use the full 2 days that we paid for! I will not be coming back to this hotel and strongly discourage anyone from booking with them!!!

I absolutely loved how Mckayla took care of our reservation! She made our stay the best it could be! The hotel was spectacular and the water park was amazing!
Upon arrival there was someone at the desk that wasn't nice to speak with but thankfully Mckayla handled everything and made our stay so wonderful! I couldn't be more impressed with her thoughtless and accommodating attitude!
