Covered smoke detector Very few selections for breakfast Many safety violations Poorly stocked vending machines No towels Kleenex or toilet paper Terrible tv extremely poor quality Large build up of ice in mini fridge So many things out of order

Original clerk put us on 2nd floor. Im disabled

Nothing need to get money back No breakfast as it stated there would be. Mold in the room ceiling and corners Mold in bathroom tub had a crack in it and bathroom not very clean very dissatisfied

See the above not good at all Had a bad smell in room like pot smoking yuck.... I might even call the heath authorities on this one Need to get money back !!!

No breakfast, pool wasn’t open, filthy, shattered tv, smelled like weed

The staff was very friendly. The swimming pool was clean.

The room was not what we reserved, the tub was either stained or not cleaned, the bedding may not have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and not even tucked in. The only thing at breakfast was coffee and waffles. No juice, no rolls, no fruit.

Most everything. The carpet was extremely dirty, the hallway smelled of smoke, the breakfast was terrible—no juice, milk, cereal, breads, only egg patties and waffles.

Leaving

The rooms smelled like a dirty sock. The beds were old along with the mattress pad and cover. The hotel itself dirty. I was hoping for a little better for the star rating. Will never stay at a Quilty Inn again

Disgusting. Bathroom was dirty, and towels were stained. Staff members acted like they'd rather be any where else besides at work. Breakfast was awful and staff wouldn't refill the food. I'd never stay there again.

This hotel seemed under construction. Light blubs missing, odds and ends missing. The free breakfast was gross.

It was close to the places we needed to visit.

Cigarette smell, thin bedding,cigarette holes in sheets. Apathetic staff. 7:45AM breakfast bar was EMPTY. He said the earlier people"took it all". NO hot tub although the ads said there was. 9:00 AM pool was locked and we could not use. Worst place ever

Nothing, absolutely nothing. The hotel is run down and needs major work. Thats not even the issue. It wasn't even clean. We had to have some many rooms before we found one we could tolerate for 4 days.

Everything. the first room, the bed frame was broken and outlet covers were off. The second room had blood on the wall, the counter and on the floor. the third room still had the garbage in the room and had smelled like dog,

nothing! looked like blood on the walls. It was a revolving door with people smoking dope. Nope. NEVER again. How do I go about a refund?? Scary place in our 3 opinions.

Actually yes. I honestly would not let me dog sleep there. There was constant marijuana smells and cigarette smells. I would really appreciate a refund seeing I am allergic to smoke The breakfast was horrible. Constant parties and door slamming.

It's in a good location.

The continental breakfast was no good!! The breakfast sausage and eggs where frozen, there was no milk for cereal or any other options. That was both days we stayed there. Would not recommend this hotel. Just poorly maintained and ran.

The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The shower rod was hanging loose from the wall. There was peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom. Half of the lightbulbs were burned out or the lights just didn?t work. Very bad stay.

The heat was turned off in the room and the heater barely worked so it was cold.

The price

The drugs in the night stand drawer, the dirty clothes in the dresser, the refrigerator that stunk like death

Room was dirty was clean gum on wall Hair in tub took 3 day clean from time check in to 3 later breakfast no milk, Next day no juice Everyday seem like it was short on some type of breakfast

Convenience, cheap, nice people that work there

It needs help. We had almost none of the basic amenities, no microwave, no phone, it has potential to be a great place, just needs some upgrading. I'll continue to stay there though. It is enough for me.
