Pros +
- Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Clean and comfortable.
- Beautiful, clean hotel and great staff. Excellent breakfast. So modern and relaxing!
- All was well with the staff. The heating only operated on high hot, even with the AC on.
Cons -
- Needs additional room configurations like 2 queens and a sofa bed.
- Not a thing!!!
- The sneaky $5 "facility fee" that was actually an increase in the room rate. The desk clerk said it was because we booked through booking. com, but when I extended one day that day too included the extra $5. When asked to remove it, the clerk was less than pleasant. I said we didn't use any extra service & we were too old to use gym equipment, she said it was for upkeep of the facility. The room fee should include that amount. It was a sneaky way of increasing the rate. She said she would ask to have it removed. It wasn't removed on our charge card.

Check-in was easy and great.
Pillows were too soft and not fluffy.
