The staff is amazing, took care of us from our first step in, amazing above and beyond customer service- thank you.

The fire pit did not work, nor did tge jets in the heart hot tub

Beautiful hotel, great location, loved sitting on deck, very good continental breakfast with more topping options for oatmeal and yogurt.

Fantastic stay! Quiet. The hot tubs and fire pit outside were lovely. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.

Location, location, location as far as being close to the park!

The first room assigned to us had a broken window, so they offered another. Unfortunately, the room available was directly over the bar/eating area outside the elevator. Quite noisy, especially with the tour groups / motor coach.

the hotel is located close to the shuttle to Zion

Our room was dusty, the carpet worn and filthy, ancient A/C was loud and woke us up, construction going on outside woke us up, The beds sunk in the middle. There was gross black gunk dripping out of the vent above the shower. Staff did not care.

Advertising stated remodeled, not complete, no dining, rooms not remodeled at all.

Remodeling, so breakfast was ?grab and go? instead of a hot breakfast

It was located next to Springhill Suites. I could use their lobby to buy drinks and food.

Under renovation, but the rooms that are available the carpet is torn with big stains. Totally disappointed.

The hallways and doors slamming were loud in the mornings and woke us up early both mornings.

The $10 parking fee should have been disclosed. But, since the town of Springdale has monetized every available inch along the road, the fee is fair.

- EV charging not working - The body lotion in bathroom was expired and old - The hotel charged 10$ for vehicle parking - Wifi was not working properly, not able to do zoom meetings.

Good location, nice room, friendly staff. The included breakfast meant no waiting and there was a nice selection of hot things, toast, cereal, coffee and juice.

Location was very close to Zion National Park! View from my room was breathtaking! Hot tubs and fire pit was a great way to wind down after a busy day! Great restaurants within walking distance! Great price! Great breakfast!
