Location— A quick walk to Zion entrance.

Room 118 is on the pool & restaurant patio side, a bit more of a hike & better view BUT this room is below the hard floor of the staff back room at reception. I heard walking all hours. Suggested they install carpet w/good padding there.

Staff, location, cleanliness of room and property

The whole room was not level, especially the bathroom. Also, couldn't get cell service and I and staff struggled to get our phones on the hotel wifi

Lovely room, nicely maintained grounds, gorgeous mountain and river views, large deep pool, 24-hr hot tub, live music in the lobby and able to walk into Zion.

Location is ideal, it's within walking distance to Zion national park visitor center. Staff are very helpful. They provide water each day if you need. They also provide hot water in the lobby. Also laundry is available with detergent/dryer sheet free.

Location! I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Zion. Clean rooms and. Comfy beds!

The hotel has an amazing location and is a 2 minute walk into the park. There are deer and a nice river that runs through the property.

The window locks were broken. We had to call maintenance to bolt them shut. The bedroom door lock was broken. The cleaning people did not clean the room daily.

Hotel was clean, and the location did not disappoint. I look forward to staying here again in the future when visiting Zion National Park.

Amenities were non existent due to COVID-19. I would have liked to see my room have a microwave and a minibar fridge. I do not mind paying for room service, I just wish it was available. I would have like to see the restaurant offer take out.

Best hotel in Zion! Rooms are new, modern, and spacious with incredible views of Zion. Close proximity to the park and restaurants. Staff was very accommodating and welcoming! Can’t wait to go back.

Closest hotel to the entrance of Zion National Park. Super clean, updated furnishings and great amenities. Loved how soft the mattresses were and the pillows just make you sink into relaxation. Would book again!

We were given a handicapped accessible room with an alarm clock meant for someone hearing and/or sight impared...it scared our kid.
