Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale/Zion National Park

Location, cleanliness, staff were freindly, the breakfast they provide is very good. Every thing about my stay was excellent.

Rooms were clean and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful, close to Zion Natl Park, breakfast was delicious!

The location and the view! Breakfast buffet was above average.

The first room we were given smelled like urine. the microwave did not work properly.

Cleanliness, location?s accessibility and the staff?s were very kind, polite and attentive.

The views are incredible, the staff was over the top kind and helpful. The room was big and nicely laid out. The food was good and it?s almost inside of Zion.

Hotel setting is beautiful. Convenient to shuttle stop. Close to restaurants to walk to.

Pool water was quite cold despite being heated and the hot tub was so hot I couldn?t stay in very long.

Proximity to shuttle, restaurants and shops; friendly staff; no long wait for an elevator.

No bar due to strict alcohol laws in Utah... not the hotel's fault. Not a big deal as we came to hike in Zion, not drink

Breakfast was great, lobby provided snacks for the day which we used everyday and appreciated. Room was dark for sleeping which is great.

Room was dry which is pretty typical of hotels but def triggered a bit of coughs.

The location of Zion Park entrance was fantastic, within walking distance. The staff is super friendly/helpful. Rooms and common areas are squeaky clean. Plenty of cafes, shopping, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Amazing views.

Bad experience. When I booked the hotel, it clearly says it's free parking. But after I checked out and found I was charged $20 parking fee, $10 per day. I called the hotel, they checked my booking information and found it's free parking.

The location is great. Right next to park shuttle stop, restaurants, coffee shop & a place to buy wine (not easy to find in Utah).

The room smelled of mold.

Hotel has an amazing view. Room was very spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Beautiful patio and pool area with wonderful views, and a very nice second story covered porch. Staff I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

I can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel, or the adorable little village in which it was situated.

Staff was excellent! So friendly and helpful! Both Emily & Shelly at the front desk were exceptional. Emily gave excellent restaurant recommendations, and Shelly did her best to get us a king even though we were reserved for queens. Breakfast was good.

Staff was friendly and the location to Zion/the shuttles was excellent. Breakfast was your typically continental breakfast and everything was hot and stocked. They even provided plenty of water for hikers, fruit and snacks to go, and cookies every evening

Beds were pretty hard and walls/ceilings were very thin. We could hear the people on the second floor very easily and didn¿t sleep well because of it.

It was beautiful! The room was big and bed comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! They had snacks to take with you hiking. Excellent service.

Coffee was absolutely terrible, the worst I've ever had and it's not even close. Orange juice dispenser was labeled "100% orange juice" but instead dispensed mostly water, vaguely reminiscent of orange juice. Breakfast overall was underwhelming.

Location and cleanliness were top notch. I have never stayed in a Hampton, Hilton so nice. The breakfast choices were extensive and all the little extra touches like wet washcloths and bottled water at checkin were icing on the cake. Well run location.

The views, close to Zion N.P, and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.
