    Pros +

    • It's location to Zion National Park; the availability of free transport to the Park.
    • Location was central to town, and close to Zion entrance.
    • Beautifully renovated with outstanding staff, top notch design, and an incredible pool facility. If a nice vibe and quality design are important, look no further. The staff were all incredibly warm and accommodating, and the location cannot be beat.

    Cons -

    • Paying for parking
    • If i had done more research i might have chosen another hotel. I felt that i could have gotten a little more for the money. I.E. free breakfast, a kitchenet, more space.
    • Parade of rolling carts in the early hours of the morning from the cleaning crew that went on for appx. 2 hours. After being awake all night from the stampede in the upstairs room. We could hear every-time they used the toilet, walking, etc.

My only complaint would be that pool cleaning should be done more often - Always lots of dead bugs floating and some grime buildup on the tile surrounds.

When we arrived the driveway into the hotel was being resurfaced. There was only a one lane long stretch for traffic going in and out onto a busy road !

    4Verified guestPosted on: 1-2-2025

Wifi didn't work. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 6:30pm, and we had to wait another 40 minutes.

Even though the hotel is under renovations it was a perfect stay. The room was updated, location perfect for access to the parks and shopping/dining. The only drawback is they did not have enough tables for the complimentary breakfast.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-13-2024

location was good. Room was nice and open.

toilet seat too low and now grab bar present. Room location was very noisy with outside traffic. Breakfast was lacking desire and taste. Coffee very weak, could not drink more fresh fruit options needed. yogurt was good.

    Stunning views of Zion.

A/C-Heater in bedroom did not work. There was a second unit in the living area that kept the entire space warm, so not really a big deal.

The family room featured a separate set of bunk beds, a small fridge and television. The master bedroom was large and comfortable. The hotel gym was small and would've been cramped if anyone else showed up but it works. Good breakfast, great views.

Noise, there must not be any insulation or sound carriers between tht rooms overall a minor complaint.

It was very well decorated and bed were comfortable.

shower was a disaster and therefore you know they don?t check the rooms properly

This hotel exceeded our expectations! My husband and I just spent one night, but we definitely were impressed! It is close to everything Zion and everything was perfect!

    Disappointing

Bathroom had long term water damage with mold. Have to pay for parking as well, many other local places don’t charge for parking.

    9JaimePosted on: 2-12-2026

The location and view is amazing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful

I miss the continental breakfast that used to be at the location. Helped save money for travelers to be able to get a quick free breakfast before entering the park

    9WilliecePosted on: 2-3-2026

    Quiet and perfect for relaxation.

I took my mini yorkie and he found 5 pieces of candy on the floor. All in different areas (under the couch; behind the door, etc.) While the room “looked” clean and presentable, a dog will find all things hidden.

    10SheriPosted on: 2-3-2026

Rooms / beds were comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly. Location to Zion National Park and the town of Springdale were perfect.

    7AnnPosted on: 2-3-2026

The decor was interesting and appropriate. Nice wallpaper in the great walk in closet.

I think the $20.00 "overnight" parking fee is a rip off. What other kind of parking is there at a motel? I was a surprise to me when I checked in. The heater was not plugged in when we arrived and it was cold in the room. A staff member was sent and discovered it and plugged it in.
