- It is very close to Zion National Park, but still, but wasn't in the middle of the commercial district in Springdale. I thought the location was perfect.

- NO elevator. We were stuck dragging our large heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs.
- It's not walking distance to most things unless you are active. And sometimes shuttles don't run so parking in town can be time consuming.

Recently renovated, very clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Great views!
The price was affordable compared to other hotels closer to the park entrance. Far less traffic noise and amazing views for miles in all directions. There was also a springdale shuttle stop conveniently located right outside the hotel.

This hotel is fantastic! Just a short distance for the traffic and crowds at the Zion National Park entrance, it offers a relaxing, very clean, and usually more affordable alternative. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again!
It was very clean and well cared for property. It was on the edge of town, but still had a bus stop close by.

Great views of the mountain and the river from the room!
A microwave in the room would have been good since there was a refrigerator.
We enjoyed staying here. The unobstructed view had road traffic, but it was not a problem. Good sleeping conditions, nice restaurant with average food.
